This is so disappointing mcdonalds branch! Look at the quarter pounder serving!

I recently visited the McDonald’s in Vaughan, and while the food and frontline service were up to the usual standard, the overall experience was badly overshadowed by the manager’s Yogi the night manager’s behavior. The staff at the counter were polite and efficient, but the manager’s attitude left a very negative impression.
She was extremely rude in the way she spoke to customers, showing clear impatience and even hostility during simple interactions. Her short-tempered demeanor made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable in a customer service setting. A manager is supposed to lead by example and set the tone for the team, but in this case, her actions did the opposite—damaging the restaurant’s reputation and discouraging customers from returning.
No matter how good the food or service may be, a manager’s lack of professionalism completely ruins the customer experience. This location seriously needs to address her conduct if it wants to maintain trust and loyalty from its customers.

A few nights ago my app crashed but the kind lady still gave me an Ice cream for free. I was skateboarding and really needed some sugar. Thank you kind Lady.

I gave you 4 star instead of 5 because every time I order a breakfast item later in the day and come to pick it up from drive through the staff make me wait 5-10 min in my car, even when I place an order like 30 min ahead of time.

overall pretty good but our fries were not salty, our burgers were dripping in grease as they made it with no gloves, and we asked for a strawberry milkshake and they gave us vanilla. day ruined. wont be returning.

I was the only car in the drive-thru and unfortunately none of the staff were answering and I called them to order. I repeat, I was the only car in the drive-thru and they told me to wait at the door after taking my order until we bring your order, which was for two cheeseburgers.
