I had a very disappointing experience with this McDonald’s during an Uber Eats delivery. I received the wrong order, and the Uber driver confirmed that the restaurant gave him the incorrect items. When I called the store to explain the issue, the person who answered said she was the manager. Instead of helping, she was extremely rude, immediately blamed the Uber driver, and said he was lying without checking anything. When I asked for assistance or a solution, she was dismissive and hung up the call on me. I tried calling back several times and received no response. If this is how a manager speaks to customers, it shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable.

I stop here for breakfast every now and then, but lately the quality of their food has made me turn elsewhere more and more often.
Today's offering: 2x breakfast burritos with 1x hash brown and a medium orang juice.
Results: - burritos were cold, had to be reheated before consumption leas than 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant - burrito fillings were just about non-existent; 2 or 3 lumps of sausage-like material and just enough eggs to say the wrapping contained something - hashbrown was cold, soggy and cardboardish, obviously left under a bearing lamp for some time before being given to me - orange juice was mostly water with a hint of orange colour and a dash of flavouring
At least the 2x apple pies were edible.
Probably the final time I'll stop here, as my last few meals -- both breakfasts and lunches -- have been terrible or disappointing.

People were rude I was standing there to order no one came to desk to take my order i would have done self order but I have to ask them something but they just ignored then I have to do self order. And the one who was speaking on that microphone thing was so rude she was passing comment on what I ordered. Food was good no comments just the behavior and service needs to be improved
