People were rude I was standing there to order no one came to desk to take my order i would have done self order but I have to ask them something but they just ignored then I have to do self order. And the one who was speaking on that microphone thing was so rude she was passing comment on what I ordered. Food was good no comments just the behavior and service needs to be improved

Maybe speaking english in customer facing areas like cashier and drive thru would make seem less like a indian restaurant. Last i checked english and french were languages official to canada and shiuld be seen as such in business as well.

nobody can understand you in the drive through. i said it loud and clear 3 TIMES and she still couldn’t understand me. Got frustrated and pulled through only to be met with attitude and eye rolls. not coming back to this location. avoid if you can if you’re someone in a rush!

Update: They keep putting cream in my black coffee. Has happened twice in a row, now. It doesn't happen if I spend the time to order ahead, but this keeps happening at the drive-thru. Original: My issue is primarily with their drink trays and lids; lids don't like to stay on in transit, and the trays do NOT keep XL drinks upright... Any small flex in the coffee cups and the lids pop off, and the staff seem to be unable to insert them properly into the trays. The larger drinks have a higher center of gravity, so they are prone to tipping in the trays. This is universal to all McDonald's, even Tim's, and needs to be addressed.
Food is served hot and fresh most of the time. The problem with this location is the incompetent staff. Either they get the order wrong when they take it or they just can understand English very well to take the order and don't use the order verification screen.
Otherwise this location is good because it's convenient due to its location.

Was short 4 nuggets in my 20 pack. wasn't apologized to. We were given stale nuggets and when we asked for the 4 nuggets, we got them fresh, which doesn't make sense. Terrible service

The worst McChicken I have EVER HAD. It was dry, and sooooo not worth the $7 I paid. Absolutely disgusting. What happened to McDonald’s??? Why is their food so crappy now. It used to be amazing and now my dogs food looks better. I’ll stick to A&W. And why is their staff so rude. Like come on!!!!!!
