I will NEVER order (SkipTheDishes) from here again, so I will be honest. When you fry your “grilled” chicken, fry it at a LOWER temperature than you do with the burgers. Otherwise, you end up with a charred mess. And, don’t OVERLOAD with the mayo. The service is ALWAYS good.

NEW UPDATE: Jan 22, 2024Just went through the drive through. WHY do you park every single order so the driver has to wait…. FOR COLD FOOD! Your establishment is a dump and the staff sucks. There wasn’t even another vehicle behind me. PLEASE MC DONALDS someone with an inkling of service and operations knowledge please open a restaurant next door to this one and put it out of business. The owners don’t deserve to run this establishment.Old review:I’ve been to this location about 8-10 times. Not once, has it been clean. There’s always 3-4 people chatting in the kitchen while they nonchalantly get orders ready. They are so loud you can hear them throughout the restaurant over your conversation with the people you are eating with. The floors are disgusting in the kitchen and the dining room. They are swept into piles in the kitchen and not picked up. The staff just walks through it and tracks it everywhere. The fountain pop station is an absolute disgrace. It’s sticky everywhere because the staff hasn’t been taught how to use a cleaning clothe properly. There fruit flys and splashed ketchup and straw wrapper garbage everywhere. The tables are dirty and the ones that are wiped are streaked with sticky old used pop rags. There fries and garbage all over the floor. Honestly, the staff needs retraining and the supervisors need to be fired or demoted permanently. I can understand this can happen during busy times. But I’m usually here between 9-11pm and it’s out of control.

With no one behind me on the drive tru they are making everyone drive to the front and wait for there order in the parking lot. If you want to get your bonus or prize for fast service please provide a fast service and don’t try to scam the system. No cars in the drive tru and 3 cars waiting for simple order. And they even so messed my order and forget to bring me ketchup.
