EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order Uber Eats from this McDonald’s, it comes looking like someone threw up in a McDonald’s wrapper. Absolutely horrendous food presentation, it’s literally disgusting slop.I don’t know who’s training these people or watching over the establishment and food prep, but it’s genuinely sickening.

The location is great but food options is so limited. I met this situation several times when ordered from kiosk after finishing my shopping in the Walmart. They told me we don’t have this item here when pickup and gave me something else, even it’s shown available in the system. If you don’t have it here, why did you still show them available in the kiosk?? The service is questionable too.

I just had to leave a review to let people know to stay away from this McDonald's location. Everytime I come to this location either the food is cold or wrong, wait times are a little long and the food its altered. Today was there Mango & Pineapple smoothie. So watered down I should have just ask for spring water instead. People beware if you want value for your dollar, eat something decent and leave happy instead of being upset.🤗

I would give it zero star if possible ordered food for takeout from this location buurgers were the worng order and tasted like they were atleast few hours old. The coffee tasted like it was sugar syrup. Was very disappointed with services on this location and expect better from big franchise as McDonald's, hope the management looks into these issues in the future.

I don't think it's wise to order from here, because almost always there is something wrong with the orders I've placed over probably the last two years.
For example, I once asked for a hot chocolate thru the drive-thru, was handed the cup, took a sip and it was old, stale coffee. Tried again another time to order hot chocolate (fool me twice...), when the employee handed me the drink I specifically asked if it was hot chocolate. They confirmed. When I looked underneath the lid to check if it was just straight black coffee, it looked milky on the top so I figured it was what I ordered...nope. Again, just gross old coffee. If you don't have a drink in stock, please don't hand customers a bad drink that they didn't order. Just let customers know it can't be ordered and offer to make something else.
Today when I tried ordering a pumpkin spice latte, there was no pumpkin or flavors were added to the latte.
Too many chances given, and while I understand this is fast food, there are many establishments in Vaughan and Richmond Hill who make fast food that have decently trained staff and follow procedures to ensure customers have a good experience. There's a good Tim's i go to where the employees are speedy but friendly, and their team pays attention to the details. So with that said, this will be the last time I give this location business, and I strongly encourage if you're in this area, do yourself a favor and just go to anywhere else nearby. It's not worth giving this location a chance, because 60%-70% of the items I've ordered here were incorrect in some form.

The food amazing but who served us was so rude and arrogant and even to other costumer. I don't know for what does she have an attitudr for.when my daughter asking for paper bag she was so rude and seemed irritated. (We ordered dine in but white start eating we decide to take out the food )This is the worst costumer service ive ever see. Managers please teach her you smile and be polite
