Amazing location fast friendly

The staff here are incompetent at making coffee or they are cheaping out on resources. Their coffee has repeatedly tasted extremely watered down. Their other hot beverages also taste similarly watered down 👎

I was in the drive through, packed. Me and my brother ordered 6 McNuggets combo, poutine and a Mc chicken, we didn't get the mcchicken and no receipt so I couldn't even tell if he paid or not. Boo boo

Firstly, I wanted a McGriddle with egg and cheese. They gave me English muffin instead. I didn’t complain and decided to just eat it because I had already left the drive thru. Once I started eating it, I felt something hard and crunchy and when I checked, it was egg shells!!!!! That is so unhealthy and disgusting. It wasn’t even small pieces, it was big!!!

Front of house is decent.. the kitchen can't follow instructions . Light mayo apparently means extra mayo lol.. nobody can do anything right anymore and yet we pay double for crap... Order chocolate chip cookies they give you whatever they have available instead of making your order...to order lol.. fire the entire team and start fresh.

Food is rushed and poorly put together. In the drive thru today, I was told to wait at the next window, waited 8 minutes and was given my food. Then I asked for sweet and sour sauce and was greeted with an eye roll because she had to get it. Then she said "next time ask for it at that window." No apology for slow service but an eye roll and huff because I asked for sauce and she didn't have any at her window. Not okay.

I went there today and i really loved the service staff was so nice even in the rush hour . Gave me fresh and hot food too will definitely go there again

Always slow , also they don’t practice hygienic procedures!
The person who was preparing my food had no uniform on right now in front of my eyes !
I can’t believe I was eating a food that was prepared like this god knows for how long !

I ordered chicken burgers, waited in the drive-thru for 20 min still didnt got my order correct and they also missed one of the burger. Whats the point of having drive-thru if you have to walk-in for your order to get the rest of it.
