Toilets overflowed in the men’s washroom. Mentioned to the guy at the counter and said “not his department” lol. Told me to tell the guy outside cleaning garbage.
No ketchup in dispenser. Only flies where it’s been dripping on the counter. The lady refilling napkins had an uncovered coughing fit all over the lids, napkin and flies. Now I’m worried the flies will get sick.
If your looking for a more sanitary friendly location for breakfast, try under the Major Mack bridge.

Food and service was ok. But the coffee was terrible. How do you mess up McDonald's coffee? They did provide a replacement second cup but it taste burnt. Atmosphere was ok despite the homeless person at the next table but I won't hold it against the restaurant. This 2 star review is mainly because of the terrible coffee. I always look forward to McDonald's coffee and this has ruined my day.

Visited Mac-D's this location today and would like to give a big appreciation to Varsha who was serving at the order window at McDonald’s. Despite the rush, she handled everything with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. She served our Big Mac combos quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. What really impressed me was the way she treated all customers with the same kindness and respect—it shows that she truly enjoys her work and takes pride in doing it well. Employees like Varsha make the customer experience so much better. Thank you, Varsha, for your excellent service!

Ordered McFlurry and was just blob of ice cream with a few sprinkles on top. Not mixed it all. Can tell don’t care about product serving

MISSING ITEMS! I ordered a chicken nugget combo and a habanero chicken burger combo. I'm missing my medium fries and got a regular chicken burger. Double checked my receipt and the correct items were punched in so I was charged for things I didn't get!

The burgers are assembled in a sloppy manner. This causes a frustrating dining experience. One bite is all bread and a bit of meat. The next bite is all sauce. The pickles and cheese are placed in the extremities of the bun instead of the middle. The (tiny) patties seem to get harder to find and taste. Nothing is placed evenly on the bun. It’s almost as if you have severely vision challenged employees assembling the finished product. I find myself opening the burgers up and placing the fillings in the proper position myself. This is unacceptable.

Waited for 20 minutes to get a combo, one drink and two icecream cones. My number came up on the screen and then vanished. So I inquired about my order and was told to wait. 20 minutes in the “manager” says the number was called out and then when I didn’t collect it was thrown out.
They were “busy” hence the mix up but honestly it is McDonald. I’ve worked at McDonald and this BY FAR THE MOST DISORGANIZED one I’ve visited.
There was one single Asian guy running around fulfilling orders and three managers looking at screens (??) then a bunch of filler staff.

Poor customer service by this Lady, gave the wrong order, went back and advised it was wrong, She gave the food with an attitude rolling her eyes, asked her for the name and she refused, went inside to complain to other manager and she rush to the front and argued with me again and never apploazied
