I'm disappointed that the staff is not able to take care in making the food the way they're supposed to. My big Mac was missing the meat from the top portion of the sandwich. I ate the bottom half. Not the same. It wasn't as enjoyable as I hoped. If I didn't ask for no salt on my fries, I probably would have been disappointed with that too.

I ordered burger from here and this is the second time how they gave. I ignored for the first time. Wasn’t stuffed properly. I went to the front counter and complained. They gave me mayo sauce and lettuce on side?will never go again.

So. Food was standard for McDonalds. But the service was slow. And they basically ignored the front counter - customers who came in at same time I did were still waiting to have order taken when I finally got my food - 15 minutes later. They also printed orders on slips and then cleared them from their systems - I guess to help manage their metrics.New cafe model seems to have made things worse

Ordered for crispy spicy chicken and got mc chicken. Both burger & fries were cold. No salt at all in the fries. Shame to this outlet. IHave been served cold foodBefore also. This was my last time to this location. Will surely write to the head office.

Food is always good and fresh for when I order. They never serve me food that's been sitting there for awhile. The staff is very nice, courteous and fast. For fast food, this is the level you want to achieve. When inconveniences happen, machines breaking down, running out of product or down to one order window, they may be gruff but that's the reflection of their equipment and not their service. Stop cheaping out mcd!!!Hot honey chicken is delicious, please keep this
