Made another order for 2 ice creams where i asked for it to be served at our table. 15 minutes in and I had to go to the cashier. 15 minutes for ice cream!!! Handed me the ice creams already melted. Obviously it was already ready but they didn’t want to serve it at our table. I had to ask them to replace it. Poor attitudes and service.

Definitely would not come back. They keep saying their machine is out of service for the past month now. Came today to get one and it’s still out of service. And their fries do not recommend Idkk what it is but I believe they reheated the fries and gave it to us and it wasn’t hot at all tastes weird. And their customer service late at night is terrible they make you wait 10-15mins for drive thru.

So rude customer service. I order drive through Happy Meal with Orange juice. The one cash out is nice but the one is handling out food so rude. She gave me food without drink. I forget too & I have to go around to come back plaza. She didn't say sorry or anything. Just give drink ( Coke even I order orange juice ) & close window. Latter she give orange juice without straw ??? So terrible customer service. The french fry is not good like another location. Never come back !

So I go through the drive thru at 530.slower than heck. One window for paying and food. Decide to try the Big Arch. Get home half a burger...no double patty, no double cheese. Basically a McD cheese burger with sauce for 3 xs the price. Slow and inaccurate. Great combination.
Had the misfortune of going through the drive thru yesterday. After paying for the order I was told to park around the front to wait for them to bring out the order. After waiting for what seemed like forever a young woman comes out to say “would you be ok if we gave you chicken nuggets because our burger making machine is broken”. This comment made me openly laugh what did that even mean. How does this company whose core business of burgers not have a back up plan for pumping out burgers no matter what the circumstances. When I went into the restaurant to get a refund the completely disgusting condition of the restaurant made me thankful i was driving away without food from there. This McDonald’s location has sadly deteriorated over the years. It’s unfortunate there isn’t the option to give a no star rating - as that is truly all this location deserves.
