I use to come here when I was in school, Bcus it was close. But oh my god. This is worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I tell everyone I know not to come here. They always mess up my order. Somehow / some way. Go to the next McDonald’s close by. You can thank me later

Wow, absolutely terrible location. Dirty all around, bad bathroom, garbage bins full to the brim, unclean floors and tables with ketchup and fries scattered on tables and floors, etc. And don't get me started on the windows, all tainted with finger prints and smudges. I even had to wait for 5 minutes for 2 drinks and even then they messed it up, I asked for no ice in my Coke and they still gave it to me with ice. A friend with us ordered a McFlurry and he later said it was the worst McFlurry he had at a McDonald's. Another disappointing incident is that I witnessed a worker use the toilet and leave without washing, I'm just hoping they have their own sink to wash in the kitchen!! Not sure how corporate McDonald's accept this from their franchises, don't they do any audits? Maybe blind inspections? It's sad because this could have been a standout location, it's large and modern, but that's about it! McDonald's do better!

Had a basic drive-thru order, fish sandwich, nuggets, and happy meal. Had to wait over 20 mins after ordering to get my food, fries were old.

Manager doesn't allowed me to use my employee discount on just one item and said the discount is only eligible for a meal which is a combo. On the discount description it said a meal is considered to be up to any 4 items. If you had enter in the employee discount code onto your machine the discount would be applied and work. Even if I explain it to them they would just keep saying it for a meal only. Another instant is when I actually did get a combo and wanted to add another extra sandwich, the manager refuse to applied to discount, like can you read it said up to any 4 items and they still wouldn't.
Not a great experience. I saw crew members preparing burgers using bare hands—no gloves while handling the patties, cheese, and lettuce, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Also, the Sprite tasted like water. Definitely needs improvement.

I wish i could give negative review, absolutely terrible customer service at this McDonald’s today. I went through the drive-thru about an hour ago and the experience was ridiculous. The employee taking our order either couldn’t hear us or just wasn’t paying attention. After finally placing the order, she sarcastically said “Jesus” — in a really rude, unprofessional tone. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. Then we get to the window and, of course, she’s not even wearing a name tag. No accountability, no courtesy, and clearly no training on how to speak to customers. This kind of service is embarrassing for a brand like McDonald’s. Do better.
