What a fall off for McDonald's. No one in drive thru and they still make you park and wait for simple orders. Place has gone downhill with the terrible hires these days

Worst service ever!! Dont adjust with customers who should be their priority. Very slow on giving orders and highly not recommendable.

This morning around a quarter to twelve a m.I got my favorite cappuccino with one splenda, large.And when I got back home to go for my walk, I took a drink and it was very bitter like a burn, bitter.It's the worst one i've ever had anyways.It was hard, I couldn't even drink it.So I just thought you should know that
Where do I even begin with this essay. In general- this is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been to McDs all over Canada and the USA, and this is by far the single worst one. Its such a shame that this is my local and closest McDs because it is so awful. Cold food, long waits, rude staff.
Now specifically to tonight- I ordered 70 dollars worth of food at the drive thru. Of course, once I pay and get the food and start counting, i am missing one single plain Jr Chicken, while the rest of the food is accounted for. It should be noted that this occurrence of missing items is far too common as it is, but i digress. I inform the employee who took my order that the item is missing. She tries to say its my fault for saying the wrong number of burgers, but whatever, I tell her to add it, and pay for it again separately. She then informs me that I have to come inside to pick up the burger. Excuse me? You can hand me 70 dollars worth of food, but somehow you want me to pick up this single burger inside? Its 12:15 AM at midnight. Why should I have to park and come inside for a single burger? I say no- I will wait, you can bring it here. A manager comes to the window by the name of Dhri (spelling?) and says you have to park we will bring it out. I again refuse- why should I wait for your mistake? You gave me all of the rest of the food without waiting, why would I wait and let everything go cold for a single missing item? I tell her no- I will wait. She says others are waiting, the line is long. Ok so? if the line is long, bring me my single burger asap- stop with this back and forth game. She argues some more, and is incredibly rude and condescending the entire time, before I finally say, ok- take the ALL the rest of the food back and refund me. She says ok, and does just that, and I drive off to get my food somewhere else. Is this how McDonald's now operates? You wasted both of our time, let 70 dollars worth of food spoil, for a 3 dollar Jr Chicken? How long would it have taken to just give me the single burger and let me leave? Why is the manager Dhri incredibly rude, with zero customer service experience, without any sense to customer satisfaction? This is the people you are promoting McDonald's? This is the type of person you entrust your entire night-time store too? Unacceptable. I will be contacting the store and district manager to complain, rest assured. This will not end here.

I went to the restaurant and I ordered a Grilled cheese happy meal at the drive-through speaker. When I got to the window I had changed my mind and asked if I could swap it for a grilled cheese before I paid. The lady was immediately rude and dismissive and angry about the fact that I was changing my order when I hadn’t even paid yet. I was doing a split payment between card and cash and she slammed the window in our face and made us wait while she looked at us angrily. she also didn’t confirm the modifications I had made to my burger and when I tried to clear up that I didn’t want any pickles or onions on it she just waved me down so when I got to the second window the order was in fact wrong because she wasn’t paying attention to me. overall the shorter lady with glasses at the drive-through first window was very rude and made the entire experience negative.

Terrible service today, took over 15 min to get my order after ordering from kiosk and then the order was incorrect, nothing but confusion behind the counter.

It took total 20 minutes to get my order, and this happens almost every time I use mobile order here with curb pick up. Today I chose counter pick up I thought it would be faster, Not really. I waited 10 mins before to go in because I had to take a call in my car.. When I went in, a woman with long hair dyed yellow and wrapped in a bun, dressed like a manager without wearing name badge, told me to “wait one second.” I waited another 2–3 minutes and still no one came.
When I asked again, she said from across the counter behind a wall, “I told you to wait one second.” I said I had already waited another 3 minutes, and she raised her voice: “You are nobody. You don’t yell at me. Every time you come, you’re in a rush. You need to STOP doing that! ”
She start taking food orders from customer because there is a big line and no one at register, she then pack food for them, she purposely delayed my order and pack my food the last to keep me wait longer. I wish I can cancel my order.
Before I left, I asked politely,
“May I have your name, please?”
She replied, “I DON'T GIVE OUT MY NAME.”
I’ve been to many McDonald’s across the country and around the world, and I’ve never experienced service like this. Something is not right with how this location is being managed. . Her behavior and tone were extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful
And the food items are missing monopoly stickers, I will go back another time as I don't really want to deal with her
The many one-star reviews on google citing rude behavior, bad customer service, poor management, and a dirty restaurant make it blatantly clear that she is completely unfit for this job.

I come here every morning but today is the last day I come here, the lady who takes the orders is very rude and has an attitude problem. Will start going to A&W for breakfast.
