Everytime I come here they do nothing but disappoint. NONE of them know how to do their jobs. NONE. I asked for a Big Mac with no sauce and all I get is bread? And on the other Big Mac I ordered I get 3 middle buns as all the bread? To to mention the amount of HAIR in the food all the time. Absolutely DISGUSTING. It’s dirty in there not to mention disgusting attitude all the workers have. I love McDonald’s. And you will NEVER see me at one again. Gross.

I came to this location at 7:45 am, paid and ordered 2 coffee craft and donuts. I have waited 30 minutes. One of the staff came by and said we have to cancel your order because we don’t have boxes and our expresso machine not working for latte !!! It took them 30Minutes to figure out they dont have boxes ! The manager was very rude and asked to get money and leave!Very bad customer service ! I don’t believe corp is not taking any action.

can’t believe this is what management has come to. Yelling at staff for a burger meanwhile herself lady in the red hair just standing there. And when I say yelling I mean YELLINGGG. Like idk who she thinks she is the kid is litterally in high school and she’s a grown adult. I always come to this mc Donald’s it takes extremely long for no reason. The only working people I see are the girls with the nice ponytails. But lady with the red hair needs to be humbled. Yelling at a staff member in the most disrespectful manner like she’s paying him from her pocket is disgusting expecially INFRONT of costumers. Why am I not airing 10 minutes for hasbrowns? Lady with the red hair does not know how to talk to people.

The behavior of the staff members working during the late hours was shockingly rude. As a customer, I expect courteous service, regardless of the time. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Their lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude left a sour taste in my mouth.Hygiene is paramount in any food establishment. Regrettably, I observed questionable practices while they prepared the other meal. Some staff members were not wearing gloves, and the overall cleanliness of the food preparation area was concerning. As a result, I felt uneasy about the safety and quality of the food being served.I strongly advise avoiding this particular branch.

Terrible service. Have been waiting here for 25 minutes for my meal. When I got here there was 1 person ahead of me there has since been at least 10 people who have came and been served and i am still waiting
It was a decent experience. The wait wasn’t too long, but we parked and waited. The food was warm and tasted good. We were missing fries in our order but the employee who had come out to bring it resolved the issue quickly and kindly for us.Kid-friendliness: This location has an indoor playground.

Went on a Saturday midday. We ordered through the app while parked and had a server come out to our car.No issues at this location, and no missing notes in our order. Big Mac was great, and the fries were not sloppy. Wait time was slightly long to get the food to our car. I do not recommend going to this McDonald's in this plaza around noon as it gets quite busy and insane trying to park or simply leave your spot.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid choices on the menu.

Sat here and watched the guy who does curb side orders drop off 2 orders, then went back to making burgers without washing his hands. The amount of bacteria all around us not to mention on the handles on these door. Obviously this is a regular routine for this guy.
