I’ve been visiting this McDonald's location for over 5 years due to its proximity to my workplace, but unfortunately, the customer service experience has been consistently disappointing.

There is one particular staff member at the drive-thru (Pauline, if I am not mistaken) who has repeatedly made visits frustrating. She often enters incorrect orders, communicates in a rude or dismissive manner, and does not display basic customer service etiquette such as greeting customers or maintaining a polite tone. On several occasions, she has raised her voice, which is unacceptable in a customer-facing role.

One recurring issue is how the card machine is handled at the drive-thru window—it is barely extended, forcing customers (including myself) to awkwardly reach or even step out of the car to complete payment. This creates unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on service standards.

More concerning is that her behavior at times comes across as discriminatory based on how she interacts with certain customers. This has not just been my experience—several of my colleagues have encountered similar issues over the years.

It’s disappointing that despite repeated negative experiences, there seems to be no improvement or intervention from management. Given that this is the only nearby option for many of us, we feel stuck with a location that does not prioritize customer satisfaction.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns to improve the overall experience.

Why are we putting ketchup packets, ON TOP OF THE FRIES, instead of inside the bag beside the fries? What kind of backwards having employees you got here 😭😭 never in my life have I seen this- and NO I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR KETCHUP? But you decide to contaminate my fries with a nasty, unsanitary packages (that I didn’t ask for) right on top of food I’m eating?! Imagine going to eat at a resatuarant & they put ketchup packages RIGHT ON TOP of your fries- oh wait, no they wouldn’t do that because 1. That’s extremely unsanitary & 2. That’s just not normal. I’ve been coming to McDonald’s for years & when I tell you I saw that? I bursted out laughing. You’ll definitely get sick from unsanitary practices at this location 😂😂😂

When there was a problem with the food I ordered, the manager on duty did not apologize. Instead, they took my food away and said they would make a new one. The service attitude was very poor, which made the whole experience unpleasant.

I use Uber for food delivery and they have a really ridiculous system. We have to wait outside and send messages, so we wait a lot and they forget about us.

I visited this restaurant after the recent renovation. The new layout seems to have a large open area for customers to wait for their orders, which has now negatively affected the seating options in the restaurant, as well as removed the pop machine customers have been used to for years. While I was there, two families came in and commented on the seating options and wondered how they would be able to sit together. The previous layout would have let them sit together without any problems.

I then overheard another customer mentioning to an employee, while the employee was cleaning the dinning room, that their pop didn’t seem right, and had even said they had visited the location the day before and had the same problem. I then heard the employee say there was nothing they could do. I thought this to be interesting that normally at other locations they’ve tried to remedy this for the customer. I shortly found out myself what the employee meant, as I went to ask for a refill (something McDonald’s has always offered), was simply told “we’re not allowed to do that anymore”, and they walked away before I could ask any more questions. There was no signage to indicate this change and that they no longer offer refills on pop. Prior to McDonald’s having the self serve pop machines, I remember when you could ask for a refill from the cashier and it was not a problem. I was very disappointed with a renovation as some services customers have come to expect as usual, were lost. I was also disappointed that I was still thirsty and was planning to spend time with my family, but left shortly afterwards (as others were also wanting refills and we didn’t want to start buying more drinks).

It would be nice to see refills brought back, but if they’re not, to include signage of this change (or other changes the restaurant has done to service since the renovation).

I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru 2–3 days ago during a very busy time. There was a long lineup, and it was raining heavily. I asked the order-taker if my food could be well done, and he politely said okay.

When I reached the window, he very kindly asked if I could park in spot number 1 and explained it would take about 4–5 minutes because of the lineup and the well-done order.

Even though it was raining heavily, he brought my food to my car right on time. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. This level of service meant a lot to me.

Usually when I come in the afternoon, I find some crew members to be rude, but this employee was the complete opposite. I hope you have more people like him working here. I don’t know his name, but he was wearing a blue uniform with a black head cloth covering, and he is from India. I hope this message reaches him because he truly deserves recognition.

Visited this location early in the morning on Saturday and it was very pleasant. Clean restaurant, very attentive and professional staff. They made sure my order is correct and they brought it to my table. Couldn’t ask for a better service.
