I order delivery and EVERY SINGLE TIME (whether daytime or night) the food is cold and not fresh. They're always "forgetting" items ordered as well. I live a 5 minute drive from this restaurant. The food shouldn't be freezing cold (AKA OLD) by the time it gets to me from the restaurant.

This experience was rather frustrating. We went through the drive-thru on our way home from a play, and everything was wrong. We ordered the chicken BLT combo, and the drive-thru attendant assumed it was the quarter pounder BLT. I had to correct her. Then I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget combo. She keyed it in as a kid's meal... I don't know how that got mixed up. We were told to park and wait for our order. They only brought the chicken but combo out, but not mine. I had to go in to have my order corrected. It took 10 minutes just to get the correct order because other customers were having their orders corrected as well. I'm never stopping here again.

I went through the drive through and had to wait 15 minutes in the waiting area outside for my meal while others drove past with their meals. Then, they came out and served a car that had literally just parked before me, then gave mey meal. This McDonald's is known for their poor service.
I am an UberEats driver and picking up from this restaurant is so easy. The night staff is so nice and friendly. They work hard to make sure the orders are ready on time, and they are always smiling and willing to help.
