When I showed the manager she took it and said “is that inside the cup” acting very shocked.She stared at me and said nothing so I walked out not very good customer service.

This location can get extremely busy, and they usually do not have enough employees to manage the rushes. As a result, the quality of the food suffers since they are in a hurry to clear long lines. Additionally, the restaurant often becomes quite dirty, and during the summer, there are issues with flies in the dining area.
While the food itself can be decent when prepared well, the overall dining experience is marred by these issues. More staff and better cleanliness practices would significantly improve the situation.

Absolutely amazing customer service at McDonald’s. I came on July 4th I was greeted and served by I think her name was Nohadra and she was kind and had a smile on her face while taking my order. She answered all my questions properly and was happy to, did not once seem annoyed. She was the only person there working everyone else was standing around talking in their language and she took my order, made my drinks and also made my food all by herself when there was 3 other workers there just standing around talking and letting her do all the work. Great customer service from her.

The manager here is straight disrespectful and ignorant. Talked down to me glared at me and then tried telling me to just leave without my food. No one even behind me in the drive through but apparently I have to drive to the front and park and wait for my one sandwich! I didn't order a huge order I ordered one combo and was treated very rudely. Don't waste your time at this subpar location.

What’s the point of a drive through if you ask EVERYONE to park in the front and wait for their order anyways??? Parking is horrible, I usually wait in the lane way cause there’s no parking since all the cars in drive through are parked waiting for their order.

Lady wipe her nose and after break the bacon in half to put on my burger without gloves, I ask the manager she said gloves must be requested, you make your own justment maybe should be requested to wash hands after she wipe her nose no sure they make another burger question is what if I dint see

Was eating at this establishment and a RAT ran across the room. Told the manager and he just said “yeah we told Walmart it’s a problem”. Didn’t try to make the experience any better. Ended up throwing out the food and left in disgust. THEY HAVE A RAT
