Went here for the first time today, the atmosphere was very cozy and the food was fantastic. We were served by Jessie, and she was outstanding, we were surprised to learn it was her first day working there (October 11th, 2025). She was amazing; very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be returning.

We visited Medusa for dinner tonight, and the food was absolutely delicious it was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a kind and lovely Greek server named Christos, who made us feel genuinely welcome and set a great tone for the night. He was professional, friendly, and clearly cares about the guests’ experience.
Unfortunately, the server who actually took care of our table gave us very poor service. He rushed us through the entire meal, barely checked in, brought the bill without asking, and didn’t even clear our plates. It felt careless and unprofessional.
Overall, the food and atmosphere were great, but next time, I’ll be asking for Christos to serve us. The other server truly ruined what could’ve been a great experience.

The food was great, flavours were awesome, and I'm so glad the server recommended the octopus. I mean just look at it, no seriously go look.
The cook on the meat, from the meatballs, to the chicken, to the octopus was perfect. The rice with the souvlaki was devine, and the potatoes... Oh my!
I got here before the dinner rush, but by the time I was leaving it filled up.
If you're in the area, maybe to watch a movie, stop by. You will not regret it!

We had such an amazing time at Medusa this past Sunday, Dima was our waiter he was over the top amazing!!! It was my relatives birthday and he made it extra special and made it a celebration. Medusa was the ideal midpoint for three longtime friends coming from Oakville, Stouffville, and Scarborough/North York. The ambiance truly feels like Greece, and the food is outstanding. The village salad is a must, and their dips are authentic and full of flavor. We loved the grilled octopus, tender and beautifully served with greens, tomatoes, and olives. The lamb skewers were juicy and flavourful, perfectly paired with creamy tzatziki.
What made our day even more special was the warm and attentive staff—special thanks to Carly, who made our experience stand out. Authentic food, inviting atmosphere, and excellent service make Medusa a gem worth visiting.

Went a couple of weeks ago with my wife and daughter for my birthday. Could not have been better.The service was amazing, food delicious I had lamb, my wife and daughter had chicken souvlaki, generous portions. Also had the saganaki, best we've had. The manager is very personable and made us feel special. They even brought me cake for birthday after saying I was too full for dessert! Definitely will return.
