Do not order from here if you don’t want to lose your mind with the terrible customer service. I had to speak with them over 12 times to get my point across. I modified an Uber Eats order and specifically told them not to make one of them and they still made it because they know we cannot cancel orders on uber. Uber Eats is also a terrible platform and when I asked to speak to the owner of the restaurant I was denied twice and hung up on. I’m so disgusted with this experience!

I ordered the olive salad sandwich for $27, but unfortunately the quality did not match the price at all. The sandwich had mostly potatoes and sauce, was quite salty, and lacked enough protein. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this disappointing.
I also ordered a couple of other items, and overall the experience wasn’t great. Other restaurants offer much better quality, more meat, and often include extras like bread, a drink, or yogurt—at a lower price. For this cost, I expected a lot more in terms of taste and value.

The celery stew was stale and extremely poor in quality. It had an unpleasant smell, tasted old, and was completely inedible. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing.
Today we ordered cherry rice (albaloo polo) through Uber Eats. After two hours and a long delay, it finally arrived. It didn’t have any meatballs at all, there was very little food, and it was basically plain rice. The food was cold and the quality was not good at all. We really regret wasting our money. I definitely do not recommend this catering service to anyone.

I recently ordered from Minoo and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered three portions of their eggplant stew and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes, even though I was the only customer there at the time. They didn’t let me know in advance that it would take that long, which was a bit frustrating.
When I got home and opened the containers, I found the portions were much smaller than expected—definitely not enough for three meals. It looked more like two portions at best. Also, the meat was quite dry and not tender at all.
Overall, I can’t recommend them based on this experience. If the portion sizes and quality were improved, it might be a different story, but as of now, it wasn’t a positive visit.

Mino Restaurant was truly an amazing experience! We ordered food for a gathering, and everything was delivered fresh, flavorful, high-quality, and in very generous portions. The presentation and plating were beautiful, and all of our guests really enjoyed both the taste and quality of the dishes. We were also very impressed with the excellent service and attention to detail. Without a doubt, Mino is one of the best choices for catering and hosting guests. 🌸
