Came here for a birthday and was happily surprised. Waiter was very friendly and attentive and brought a dessert to celebrate. Overall food was cooked perfectly, only small thing to note was it was a bit under seasoned, but otherwise very good food and would definitely recommend coming here. Ambiance could be improved - the big room in the back although designed very nicely, is a bit overwhelmed by a very large black wall. A few pictures or mirrors and this wall would shine and the room would feel so much more welcoming. Great experience overall and will be back for special occasions.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience and the decor of this hidden gem. We do have a difficult time finding it. you are greeted by the valet who welcomes you in. He's a wonderful young man . The hostess was friendly staff and the manager, Tito (manager) came and checked on us several times and made a great suggestion and let us try the artichoke appetizer. Our server Remi was funny and friendly and made sure We were well taken care of. This is definitely a place where you can have an intimate dining experience or a group occasion or business meeting. There are many different room options that are available if you ask. We enjoyed the fig and pear pizza, which was delicious. I highly recommend their polenta fries. I enjoyed them because they were not salty and flavorful. Everything is made in house. All the desserts are made fresh. We tried the donuts with three infused dipping sauces. We will be back.!

We said that if we had found Narcosto Ristorante three days ago, we would have dined there each night to try their entire menu lol. Every dish that we had was chef's kiss. The staff felt like you're being hosted by your best friends (Hi Temo & Julian!!). Bonus: the bill won't break the bank either. If you are ever in Vaughan, this place belongs in your itinerary.

Service and food was impeccable. Parking was a bit messy but the valet was a good option. Given the area - prices may seem a bit high but it’s justified. Our server was attentive, food was lovely and corkage wasn’t too bad should you wish to bring your own bottle.

It was our first time and Cora made it very special for my husband’s birthday. She was very pleasant, warm and professional. The food and service in general were also amazing! 😊

Everyone from the hostess to our server was very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this for a family dinner or romantic evening. Some patrons of the play place next door are leaving bad reviews due to the parking, which has nothing to do with the restaurant. Ignore the fake news and spend your evening here for a memorable experience.

From the moment we walked through the doors, I knew my experience was going to be amazing. The staff was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the menu and explaining about any dish I asked information about. The suggestions from our server were all on point and definitely did not disappoint. The food choices were all one better than the next and the food itself, exceeded expectations!! We were there to celebrate my birthday and Kristin (she oversees all aspects of the restaurant) made sure that me and my guests had the perfect evening. And that we did. I have recommended this restaurant and everyone who went called me to say thank you because they loved it. If you’re reading this….choose to go. You will not be disappointed. It’s one of our most favourite restaurants! Oh and loved the valet parking feature 😁

What truly set this place apart, though, was the personalized service. The staff didn’t just serve us; they genuinely made us feel like valued guests. From remembering small details to anticipating our needs before we even asked, their attention to detail and warmth created an experience that felt tailored just for us.
It’s rare to find a place that combines culinary excellence with such amazing hospitality, but this restaurant does it effortlessly. A true gem that I cannot recommend highly enough — we’ll absolutely be returning!
