I got the combo with the chicken and as i was eating my bean sprout, i found plastic in inside. When i proceeded to show the women working at the counter, she literally shhhshed my friend and the other lady came told us sorry. Thats it. Worst experience

I ordered food for my family, and while the meal was okay overall, the siomai was clearly not cooked all the way through. We brought it to the staff’s attention, but they insisted it was properly steamed in their kitchen. However, it looked and tasted like it was only kept warm at a holding temperature instead of being fully cooked. Really disappointing experience, especially when safety and proper food preparation should come first.

Had lunch. Rice, noodles and broccoli. Rice had little taste, noodles had an off taste and were horribly overcooked and the broccoli wasn't eve6washed. Needless to say I'm not feeling well at all. Never going back.

Horrible experience overall. I had to get something without chili or spice for my toddler and wanted to double check. I asked the old asian lady taking my order if the rice and the noodles were without any chili and spices and instead of a simple yes or no, she rudely retorted “why would it be spicy?”. And then made a face and a hand gesture as if to say “get lost”. I did end up getting the steamed rice but it was extremely soggy and had a weird texture overall.

The noodles were unappetizing, with an unpleasant taste as if they had been cooked in an unclean pan, and their texture was overly soggy. The chicken was also soggy and lacked quality. Additionally, the portion sizes were very small considering the price, which felt unreasonable and stingy. Overall, the food was not worth the money, and the poor quality combined with the unsatisfactory customer service has ensured that I will not be returning.

The lady helping me had an attitude problem. For that, I won’t go back. There’s half dozen other choices RIGHT THERE, so don’t scare off your customers with your attitude. Be nice. That’s just bad for business.
