One of the best hot dogs and fries in vaughan. Customer service and food quality was so great. I highly recommended it if you are looking for a good hot dogs and poutines.
Decided to stop by at this New York Fries as I haven't had it in awhile and wow did it disappoint. This was probably the worst poutine I have ever had from all the New York Fries I went to.
I ordered a regular size poutine of "The Works" and it was not very good. You can tell the fries were not fresh as they were cold and a bit hard. The condiments such as the crumbled bacon inside were tasting stale and old. I also went with a friend and they also stated the fries tasted old and cold. Not sure if this is a daily occurrence or we just got unlucky.
I don't leave negative reviews that often but the poutine was just that terrible. Waste of $9-$10.

I was in the store there were two staff with the beat customer service they were so friendly and they both were smiling and definitely we will come back and just to have fries and say hello two bushra and akash, I recommend this store to everyone.
The first time for me to try this fries but no next time. The fries is good, but the service will ruin your day.It was not busy hour, just a little girl and me queue up in front of the cashier. Server took the order from the girl then she went to prepare the fries. She noticed me was standing at the cashier then quention me. However, I can't hear clearly so I just said " I haven't order yet". Then she showed me her black face and came back cashier to place the order. The impatient attitude was like "Please go, I don't want to serve you". I feeled so bad that I just order a normal fries. I saw she treated the little girl with normal attitude, but me. I hope it was not discrimination.

I’ve never seen a server hate his job so much tossing things around when preparing my food and then skimp on all the toppings. My dude was literally counting how much bacon and cheese to put on my fries and hot dog. Worst $25 ever spent.

Honestly, I had relatively decent expectations for yhis place, considering it is a fry joint, but all of them were shattered.I ordered a "pulled pork" fries, with which, I was greeted with a substance that consisted primarily of tomato sauce and a few flecks of pulled pork, if it is that, on my fries.Fries were okay, "pulled pork" fries were horrendous. Overall disappointed and made my day worse tbh.
