My friend and I called to see if they were serving food still as it was 45 minutes to closing. The guy on the phone said they still had jerk chicken and curry goat available. We thanked him and hung up then immediately placed the order on Skip for the exact meals he said they were serving still. 15 minutes of waiting for them to confirm the order and then he rejected it.. . I'm not sure what the point of telling us he had food available was if he was just going to decline the order. Unnecessary rudeness.

Disappointing Experience at Ochas Restaurant
During my lunch break today, I decided to try Ochas restaurant, which was conveniently located nearby while I was on the road. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory from the moment I walked in.
The lady at the front didn’t seem too happy, and while I understand that everyone has personal challenges, the atmosphere felt gloomy and unwelcoming. That should have been my first red flag, but since I was hungry, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with my order.
After placing my order and paying by credit card, I was informed that one of the items I ordered, costing $16.99, was unavailable. The staff member at the counter offered to refund me in cash, which sounded fine—until things got complicated.
I was charged a $1.23 fee for using my credit card, which wasn’t a huge deal, but when it came to the refund for the missing item, the cashier initially tried to give me only $15 back. I had to explain repeatedly that the item cost $16.99, and after three attempts, she finally refunded me $18. This back-and-forth, combined with the lack of any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, was incredibly frustrating.
Overall, the customer service was poor, and the gloomy atmosphere made the whole experience feel unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend Ochas, and I certainly won’t be returning.
I've ordered a few times from here and found the food very good! However they are often out of food! Few times I've been they didnt have oxtail. Today they opened at 12pm and i went at 3pm and they are out of chicken....i find it difficult to order from this place or depend on it for a quick dinner pick up when they are out of food....

The jerk tasted just like bbq sauce, not the jerk chicken you get in Jamaica. The dude was nice but slow and forgot many parts of our order. Mo roti which was unfortunate. Place has no AC so HOT.
