Went inside to order, the employees looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me just kept working after 15 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. Osmows was better when it was just in Scarborough.

Showed up here at 730 on a Saturday and waited over 10 minutes and wasn't served. I understand that they are busy, but the two workers didn't even acknowledge us or let us know that they will help us in a minute. Even after we stood right by the register and made eye contact with them. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere but was very disappointed with the service.

This was one of the weird locations. I thought about not writing this review. But if I don't, that's not right to.Based on personal experience, this location is very small stores. The sitting area was very congested every time the front door opened, it got so cold in the restaurant. And It was so hard to open the front door. While we were sitting in 10 or 12, customers walked in, and pretty much everyone was struggling to open the front door.Let talk about food now we ordered, 5 different meals, and I honestly believe there was something wrong with the chicken. There was a weird smell to it.I had the chicken Shawarma the wrap so hard and chewy. The falafel were so thick and green color. In side was still mushy and not in a good way. I had to take the filling out and tried eating them.It was very disappointing. To my surprise, the location was very busy for pickup orders.

I like Osmow’s in general but this location is HORRIBLE. Check out the recent reviews. I bought 5 Shawarma wraps to go. They were basically all onions and turnips with very little meat. They fell apart and were a total mess to eat.Trust me. Stay away from this location!

The quality of food at this place has deteriorated greatly over the years. The rice are always stale and this particular location cannot maintain the quality of food as compared to other locations. I live 5 minutes away from this spot but still go to the one on Rutherford. Sad to see what has happened to this spot.
