The service at this location is good and is fast. The problem is that the quality of Osmows has dropped off so much over the past couple of years. This location is very hit and miss. The chicken is either cooked well or horrible and inedible.

Good customer service, however terribly old and rotting salad. Our visit was during lunch hour, so I wonder what standards exist if lettuce and other vegetables and browning. I cannot recommend this location, unfortunately.

I have been to a number of Osmow's over the past few years and the experience is pretty consistent across all locations. This location was no exception although the original exchange with the staff at the time I was placing the order was a little difficult as I couldn't understand what they were saying. I will say it was a shared blame between a pretty thick accent on their end and english not being my mother tongue... but we managed to work it out with a laugh and some...
