Food was ok but not the same quality paramount used to have! Staff made multiple mistakes , ordered wrong , took too long . Our order was simple , still the waitress came to ask twice to confirm but still made mistakes . I was in a group and my plate came after everyone has finished eating already , and then came with wrong side and wrong bill!
Don’t think I will come back

We arrived right before closing and staff still allowed us in and service was amazing. Food was also.

Food was absolutely delicious. Ate at the queensway location in 2023 and was excited to try the Vaughan location. Tables were sticky and we waited 15 minutes for our bill unfortunately but there were only 2 staff for most of our stay and it got quite busy. The food though, is amazing. So full of flavour.

They did a catering service for our event and did such a great job at coming on time and setting up! Jad (the manager) is so kind and attentive to our requests! He was great at helping plan out the food amount and variations that would satisfy the guests. I highly recommend for catering. The food was fresh and had great flavour! Thanks again!

Not impressed, long time customer of this specific location, very unimpressed with the quality and quantity of chicken that was extra for our salads, if you're gon a charge 12 bucks for a skewer of chicken added on to a salad, at least make sure it's not 4 tiny pieces... added pics of what they advertise, as opposed to what you get. Cherry tomatoes must be expensive. They didn't even put them on. Do better, Paramount is supposed to set a higher standard.

Edit, 5 months later we tried again. As they asked us to in their respinse. All sauces (tahini and garlic sauce) missing, no tomatoes again, or any of the garnishes. Seems as though they are consistently leaving things out. Maybe cost cutting measures. Kinda frustrating when ur spending a hundred bucks for food.

Very disappointing service – not the usual experience
I visited this location last Friday around 6 PM and had a very unpleasant experience with the female server (Filipino girl). We asked a simple question about the menu, and she responded with a rude attitude, like we were bothering her. It felt like she didn’t want us there at all. We felt so uncomfortable that we left the store.

What’s sad is that this isn’t our first time with this franchise — we regularly visit two other locations and always feel welcomed and at home there. Unfortunately, this branch didn’t meet the same standard. We won’t be returning to this location.

Been here few weeks back with colleagues for a corporate lunch. Thoroughly loved the food, especially their pita bread which is so soft and freshly baked. We’ve ordered a platter which tasted really well. There were vegetarian options as well which you can try. Mango juice is really good. Lots of parking available for free in the back side of building, but sometimes it is very hard find the spot. Overall 👌👌

Our recent experience wasn’t that great.
We love Paramount food and it was delicious this time as well. Service, however, not so much. Our server was in super rush. She forgot to bring us the plates and I guess she was too tired to greet us or acknowledge us. It was almost closing time and we were the last customers but in my opinion these aren’t the reasons good enough for this kind of treatment.
