When I went to pay, the cashier seemed quite cold — didn’t greet me or say a word, just pointed at the bill. Such an attitude made me feel disrespected. I hope the restaurant will review its service so that customers can have a more pleasant experience.

Had Pho and vermicelli. Food quality was very good though the brisket and rare beef portions in the Pho was noticeably less than comparable restaurants like Pho An Ngon. Staffs were ok. Had to wait 10 mins for a designated staff in order to pay my bill even though was standing right at the counter. The floor had quite a bit food crumbs.

I always make sure to ask them to remove cilantro from every single dish when ordering online, but they have never honored that request even once. At this point, it really feels like they don’t even bother to check special instructions for online orders. The food itself is really good, but the service is truly disappointing. What if someone had an allergy and it caused a serious health issue? That kind of carelessness is unacceptable.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this location. I’ve been to many different Pho Anh Vu stores across the GTA, and this one is really below the usual standard.
First of all, our table didn’t have any sauce or cutlery, so I had to grab them from the table next to ours. Secondly, the portion of pho was much smaller than usual — I literally finished my small size in just two bites. Thirdly, the soup wasn’t hot enough to cook the raw meat. Fourthly, the rice noodles were undercooked — they were chewy and not soft. Lastly, because the portion was so small, I asked for an extra bowl of rice noodles, but the server seemed to have forgotten, and I had to follow up with another staff member.

Delicious Foods-Excellent Staffs. Come here frequently to enjoy authentic Vietnamese Pho. Totally love the foods here. Also, One of staffs- Tuan To is so friendly, flexible and provides excellent service👌
Food was VERY good but the service was TERRIBLE. If a group of young girls is at your table how is it ever appropriate to make comments on what we order because things are “too fatty”. One of our items never came because they didn’t have it in the kitchen. That’s fine. But why didn’t you tell us while we were ordering so we could choose something else? They also charged items we never ordered on our bill. So frustrating. AND the wait was insane.
