The service was very poor. We waited five minutes for a knife, and by then our food had already gone cold and hard. They also forgot the bean sprouts and cilantro for our pho, and when we finally asked, the broth was already cold. We still left a tip, but it was the first time in Canada that I truly didn’t want to. This needs serious improvement.

Be careful with your Bill, these guys will charge you more if you don't pay attention! In my case I went and order for take out and I had just 2 food, with no complication. I paid for food right away. The staff said the total amount without giving me the detail bill, which I think it was in purpose. I paid the amount without thinking. When came back home I looked at my phone notification and noticed the price does not seem right. I checked their website prices and find they charged me more. 100% they did it with full Knowledge of what they are doing. Really dishonest!!

I love this place. The food is excellent. The serving size is generous. No shrinkflation here. You get your money's worth. The service is fast. You put in your order and get it within minutes. This is one of my favorite go-to pho places. I recommend this to anyone.
I came here cause the reviews were good and it did not disappoint. Great service, professional, and attentive, even for take out.
I asked for the fresh roll, it came with shrimp and I substituted for beef. She was nice to accommodate.
The roll itself came with a peanut sauce, it was on the thinner side. I prefer a thicker sauce that can pick up more sauceeeee. A hit heavy on the lettuce but overall flavour and size was good.
If I am in the area I would come again.

What a disgusting place. All you had to do was make a good pho and you couldn’t. After all these years of making pho there is no excuse for giving me cold pho with raw meat that’s not boiling in water that’s not hot enough and the noodles still stuck together and unable to open them apart. I have never seen such incompetence and lack of effort in cooking a simple dish. Time to close shop because there is much better places to eat Viet food.
