Pho Truc Lam (Weston Rd.)

I stepped in here with my vietnamese girlfriend and it felt welcoming. The menu looks so colourful and good making me so hungry to try much. I recommend here!

I was disappointed with the food ordered for take out. Ordered an XL pho chicken soup but really didn’t see much of difference in portion. The fresh spring rolls had one shrimp thinly sliced with a lot of lettuce. Soup didn’t have much flavour. No cardboard placed in take out bag; items were sliding around while I carried it home.

Parking: Several empty spots in the front.

And of course, the pho
Lots of free parking and very busy area

We used to love coming here.
However not anymore.

I just spent over 100 dollars for maybe half the portion size.
There pho rear beef had two little strips of beef ina tiny little bowl.

My petite wife left hungry :/ veggies were all yellow and boarderline trash in our fresh rolls.

Soup base was just water and salt

I don’t know why they decided to cheap out but it’s not it anymore

These guys give a free drink for 5 star rating on google maps. So the rating is probably inflated.

Food is mediocre. The peach tea and avocado-durian drink was good tho the avocado-durian drink did not taste much like durian.

Service was alright. The guy had airpods on so sometimes didn’t get things right which was a mild annoyance.

This may be our new go to - I prefer the flavour of the broth here to other locations in the area. Also love how warm and relaxed the atmosphere is. Will be back for sure!

The portion is really small. I always order M size for pho everywhere I go and this place is the first time that I was still hungry after having the M size pho. Shrikflation hurts.

Home style viet food, fills your stomach and your heart one big serving at a time. Condiments are plentiful, service and food quality is fast and good! I will definitely be back!
