Pita Land Shawarma - Atkinson Thornhill

I usually take out once a week. The food is excellent. The service exemplary. I have two servers that I usually deal with but unfortunately know the name of only one; Gurleen. She is amazing. She always treats me with respect and a smile. She is efficient and makes my visit enjoyable. Highly recomend!!

I had an extremely upsetting and disappointing experience due to whoever the "person" working on October 15, 2024 in the evening. I hope this comes with repercussions, because you lost many customers today. After a very long week, and day, me and my younger brother were on our way to visit our mother in the hospital yet again. We planned to pickup shawarma wraps on national shawarma day for our family. Even just 3 wraps total would have been fine. The worker refused to give us just one extra wrap knowing it was for my mother who can't leave the hospital. Clearly you can't train someone to have empathy because I am sure management would have let us. He showed no sorrow, and for that, I cannot continue to support this location. I hope something can come from this because I am honestly super upset, it is not the action, it is about the moral. I am always super bright person and always thank workers for their service, this is the first time I have been sour towards a worker. I hope management works on this.

I just had the large chicken shawarma which is amazing in taste and quantity. I really loved the way they followed each and every instruction while preparing. Literally the best shawarma I have had till date in Canada.
I wish I could get a lifetime subscription of this place and tgen have this beauty on daily basis

***ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE*** this place is utter trash. The worker was complaining that because I came 45 mins before closing shes not going to make her bus ride home considering she has more uber eats orders and still needs to clean up. I explained that its not my fault she chose to work this job. Anyways the food sucked it was like eating cardboard. I was hungry so I tried to eat it but I actually couldn’t because it was completely inedible.
