Horrible experience. My friend ordered through the Uber App and since the delivery is done through the store there is no tracking. The delivery time kept getting extended 45 mins after our expected delivery time. Keep in mind it wasn’t snowing outside. We called the store to ask for an update (in my opinion pretty politely, with no yelling just trying to get an answer). They just kept saying soon, almost there and I said yes the app says that too, can you call the driver and ask for a time update and they didn’t say anything and just hung up on me. Haven’t been there before but now I’m never going there for sure and I’ll tell everyone I know in the area to avoid that mess of a place.

Everytime we order from here the pizza is overcooked. It’s just this location that doesn’t know how to properly cook the pizzas. Always well done pizza, irks me to no end.

Hair in pizzaaaaa!!!!!!! Ordered twice from this loaction and received hair each time. Not acceptable at all. We are paying money to get hygienic food and receiving hair in it… you guys need to wear hair net & it has to be taken seriously!! Waste of money.

Quick pick up, nice customer and friendly service.
Used to be a great place to grab a quick pizza. Lately they are not accommodating at all. Not even for a simple request to leave a few slices with just cheese for a child. I will be finding a new pizza place that don't have an issue with keeping their customers happy.

EXTREMELY Horrible service. They missed up my order and asked me to call head office. They didn’t give me my drinks for the family delux order. The staff don’t really care and they are very condescending.The head office puts you on hold and the operator is rude and not accommodating. They will blame the client.
