To reach the location is impossible ,they do not have phone number ,need to call them for my order couldnt reach them .I throw away 60$ order .

would give 0s if i could. service was horrible. i asked to get white sauce on a slice and i got charged an extra 2$ the employee was completely rude and had no service skills what so ever. employee number 27701 needs to be re taught her customer service skills and she continued to not wear gloves while making my food. do not recommend this place

Everytime I come here I’m always disappointed the pizza is always so dry you can’t come in and grab a slice you always have to get a pizza made if you want anything fresh.

There was not enough sauce or else I couldn’t taste the Italian tomato sauce on the pizza. It was like the dough, cheese and the veggies only. We order the same pizza in Kitchener every time and it tastes delicious. I don’t know but it wasn’t that much good here.
I just spoke with the lady I was Ordering pizza For pick up and her name is Naf I was asking question about the what they have any special for today, and she not answering probably my Question and she cut three times my lines. I wouldn’t have a good experience from her.

If you like Nail flavoured pizza, you may wanna eat here. I came here with friends and ordered Pizza. I noticed the girl inside playing with the pizza dough with her bare hands and touching everything else with the same hands before getting back to kneading the pizza dough. The other guy also did not use any gloves whatsoever, when We brought it up to the girl on the counter, she smiled and neglected our complaint. This is quality of food we are eating now? At least train your staff a little bit.

This location is disgusting and they don't know how to cook a pizza properly - now use a conveyor belt oven and the bottom is raw, they have a stone oven but refuse to use it except for slives - and head office can't do anything about it !
