I had an amazing experience at this store last night. The pizza was absolutely delicious, especially the panzerotto, and the service was top-notch. Nature of the girl was very good.

It’s unfortunate that I even have to leave this review as I am a long time customer at this location and have never had an experience as horrible as today.. we ordered a pizza for dinner that my mom and I went to pick up. When we got home and started eating it, I discovered a hair in one of my pieces. This is absolutely disgusting so we held off on eating any more until my mom called customer service in which we were offered another pizza, so we were satisfied with that. However, when I went inside to pick it up, someone working there (I assume it was the manager or owner, he had a white beard) gave me a hard time… he started by saying he needed the old pizza back for proof, and I immediately informed him that customer service never told us that, he then questioned me by saying “you found a hair in your pizza?” and I said “yes it was in one piece I was eating” and he immediately accused me of lying and made a snarky comment by saying “if you wanted to get free pizza you could’ve just said that” and I started to retaliate but he instantly cut me off as if he didn’t want to hear me out, and with the way i was treated tonight I genuinely feel he thought it was an inconvenience to have to make us another pizza. I would like to put it out there that we do not need to make up lies to get “free pizza”, we are perfectly capable of paying for another if we wanted but it is common courtesy to offer a customer some sort of compensation for an inconvenience especially when it is something as gross as hair in food. I immediately informed my mom of the interaction and we called customer service again in which they clarified that we were NOT required to bring back the old pizza, and they will be investigating it further. This is the last of my business this location will be getting

Lots of variety for walk in slices and specials they have slice cards similar to tim hortons, you get a stamp every time you purchase a slice after the sixth one you can get a free slice, definitely worth it, also wonderful staff, very patient when it comes to answering all questions. I would definitely recommend this Pizzaville location.

Best Pizzaville in the GTA, easily. Super fresh toppings, friendly customer service by the owner and his family and the employees as well, we always get our pizza for our team from this location, it’s very nice and they have the best pizza/panzerotti/sides from the entire pizzaville chain of restaurants. Thank you guys!! Highly recommended ???

Super unsanitary came back from break and did not wash her hands as well as touching the oven handle then touching the pizza again. She was handling the pizza super disgustingly. On top of that, the pizza was not cooked well was and all the topics were falling off. very nasty experience from the staff

I ordered a large one topping. I asked for half green olives half peperoni thin crust.
I got regular crust with extra sauce black olive and peperoni.
This will be the last time I order from this location.

I’ve been to many stores but the best pizza is till served by this location for me so far. Rep named JASLEEN KAUR goes above and beyond and so sweet while taking order. Must visit.
I honestly almost always refrain from giving negative scores to restaurants because I do not want any of my contributions to negatively impact their business, but this place was absolutely horrendous when it comes to hygiene. The person that cashier that came is also the person that makes the pizza they came without washing their hands touched the mouse touch the keyboard. I placed the order, but I could not stomach and comprehend the fact that I would actually consume whatever food that this made because there was oil and grease on the keyboard and on the mouse, so I asked for a refund, and I said I do not feel comfortable eating the food and I apologized
