Owner was so rude. People who works there were so lazy. Service was not good. Had cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday party owner didn’t let us even open the box. Not a good place. I should they should take the franchise back

Twice in a row my pizza came late and cold the first time it took 3 1/2 hours now the second time 1 and 15 min both times the pizza was cold. extremely disappointed in the last few orders will definitely be looking elsewhere to order in the future.

Pizza was alright, but we ordered a panzorotto and it tiny, smaller than my hand, in a small square box. C'mon pizzaville, no one is wants a mini ponzo.

5:00 made order, told them 6:15 pick up.
Unfortunately, after arrival, they lost my order and I have to wait another half hour to re order.
Horrible experience. Last time order here.

Completely judgemental amd rude. Lied saying we couldn't use the bathroom that it was out of service says customers only and I said ok but we are buying a drink the person in said no sorry not working which it was but because I am sick and unfortunately look sick I get this exact response from a lot of businesses. Don't order from here owner or whoever the older rude man was is not worth there food or service. I refuse to buy from anywhere that has signs like that up. I get u want to keep sketchy people out but judging people who are ill is not right especially when they just left the hospital after a major procedure and just wanted a cold gingerale and to use the bathroom. So upset by how I was treated will never buy from there again. Go to the little house of kabobs really genuine caring owners with better service kind hearts and amazing food.

Terrible experience. The place was extremely dirty, and to make matters worse, I found a bug on my pizza. When I brought it to their attention and asked for an exchange, they accused me of putting it there myself—which was both insulting and unacceptable. The restaurant had a strong, unpleasant odor when I walked in, like body odor, and it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority. I seriously question how they passed any kind of health inspection. Avoid this place. They clearly don’t care about hygiene or customer service.

It’s unfortunate that I even have to leave this review as I am a long time customer at this location and have never had an experience as horrible as today.. we ordered a pizza for dinner that my mom and I went to pick up. When we got home and started eating it, I discovered a hair in one of my pieces. This is absolutely disgusting so we held off on eating any more until my mom called customer service in which we were offered another pizza, so we were satisfied with that. However, when I went inside to pick it up, someone working there (I assume it was the manager or owner, he had a white beard) gave me a hard time… he started by saying he needed the old pizza back for proof, and I immediately informed him that customer service never told us that, he then questioned me by saying “you found a hair in your pizza?” and I said “yes it was in one piece I was eating” and he immediately accused me of lying and made a snarky comment by saying “if you wanted to get free pizza you could’ve just said that” and I started to retaliate but he instantly cut me off as if he didn’t want to hear me out, and with the way i was treated tonight I genuinely feel he thought it was an inconvenience to have to make us another pizza. I would like to put it out there that we do not need to make up lies to get “free pizza”, we are perfectly capable of paying for another if we wanted but it is common courtesy to offer a customer some sort of compensation for an inconvenience especially when it is something as gross as hair in food. I immediately informed my mom of the interaction and we called customer service again in which they clarified that we were NOT required to bring back the old pizza, and they will be investigating it further. This is the last of my business this location will be getting
