I mean the five stars the food was good and good quantity the price was very dry efficient for people who want cheap food and great quantity it made me full and I fell asleep cus I felt like I had a whole meal. Great service and friendly staff definitely would go instead of the crappy subway besides that cus these guys are more maintained and very friendly and welcoming staff.

08/02/2025 Review: I tried their 1/2 grilled chicken combo (take-out) for the 1st time this past Sat through a friend's recommendation. Needless to say, the aromas and spices of the overall combo was truly astounding! The chicken, rice, and potatoes were super flavourful and delicious! Service was also prompt and friendly.
The only reason why I only gave 4 out of 5 stars for food was because my chicken tasted a bit dry. Other than that, I still loved everything about the combo itself. It was the perfect kind of comfort food and I can't wait to order more the next time I'm in Vaughan.

Just had an amazing meal at Pollo Loco Their Portuguese chicken is absolutely phenomenal—perfectly grilled, bursting with flavor, and so juicy. The smoky piri-piri marinade had the right balance of heat and tang, and the crispy skin was to die for. The sides were fresh and well-seasoned, and the service was warm and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, mouthwatering Portuguese chicken!

I live in Markham, and there is no churrasqueria around....I stopped into Pollo Loco on my way home today, and I'm so glad I did. Chicken was perfect. Potatoes and rice were also excellent, and the hot sauce was an 11/10. As for atmosphere, there's no seating to dine in, just benches while you wait for your food, but the owner was nice, so I gave it a 5!
Good taste, a great price for a huge portion. Guy behind the counter was super friendly.
