Just had an amazing meal at Pollo Loco Their Portuguese chicken is absolutely phenomenal—perfectly grilled, bursting with flavor, and so juicy. The smoky piri-piri marinade had the right balance of heat and tang, and the crispy skin was to die for. The sides were fresh and well-seasoned, and the service was warm and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, mouthwatering Portuguese chicken!

I live in Markham, and there is no churrasqueria around....I stopped into Pollo Loco on my way home today, and I'm so glad I did. Chicken was perfect. Potatoes and rice were also excellent, and the hot sauce was an 11/10. As for atmosphere, there's no seating to dine in, just benches while you wait for your food, but the owner was nice, so I gave it a 5!

I have been buying my chicken here for a long time now. Yesterday I bought a chicken paid $20.00 for it and this was the smallest, skinniest chicken ever. What happened??? It was dry and not the usual flavoured, juiciest chicken as it usually is. I was not happy. My son who loves this chicken didn’t even want to eat it. The picture I posted was a breast piece. Very thin☹️

This is how a restaurant should be! Delicious food with very reasonable price and friendly owner/staff, AND no BS tipping option like the subway next door. For $12 you get a fulfilling meal. No seating area inside so it’s only takeouts. They do take cards!
And have been trying to find restaurant that actually telling the truth when ask if food is no spicy. It does indeed have no spicy option for those of you who have been fooled by many restaurants in Toronto.
