Served raw, spoiled chicken in the wings. Food poisoned. Ordered a hot honey pepperoni pizza but it had no hot and no honey. It did have additional toppings that were stale that we didn't order. Spend your money somewhere else.

One of the best pizza from this location is the spicy paneer pizza, they make it perfectly. Also the breadsticks were really tasty. I have tried other red swan locations in GTA but this one is the best so far. The staff is great and they understand what your preferences are and they suggest accordingly. The wait is also not too long, will definitely come back to this location. Good job guys 👌

ordered delivery through their website. i think they used skip. the driver was rude the pizza was mushy and squashed on one side of the box like it had been dropped. maybe dining in is a better experience, still the pizza itself did not taste fresh. a bit mushy

It wasn’t even a busy evening on a winter night, yet the staff seemed to have been struggling with handling the place.

We ordered a large pizza with toppings of paneer + red onions + jalapeño peppers. We waited close to 25mins for our pizza although there was only one other person before us with a simple order. After 25mins, as I was about to check on our order, one of the staff asked us “have you ordered?”, to which I responded yes and that we in fact have been waiting for a while. She immediately checks in the kitchen and brings out our pizza that comes out slightly cold - it was obviously ready but it was just sitting.

Later when I asked for a dip, they claimed they were out of creamy garlic, she instead recommended the chipotle dip. Now this chipotle dip was the worst pizza dip I have ever had - it tasted like bottled mustard you get at the supermarket that actually further ruined our pizza that was already quite cold and seemed dry.

As we were already hungry, we ignored the hiccups but only as we were finishing the pizza, we realised that there weren’t any jalapeños on our pizza. Now as I went through the reviews here, it seems like this store often misses out on toppings ordered.

We decided to give this store a chance as we see it’s from a more local pizza chain, instead of the bigger international ones out there but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Don’t think I will be back here as there are many other Indian styled pizza stores a little north in Vaughan and a little west as North York borders Etobicoke that serves way better quality for the price.

I never like to complain against service staff who earn minimum wage in this tough economy as I personally have been through those days and I know the feeling, but come on, how do you not handle a simple pizza store when there are barely 3 customers around?
