⭐ 1/5 Review Brutal experience. I waited over 1.5 hours for delivery, and when I finally called, I was told it would be another 25 minutes. No proactive update, no apology, no effort to make it right. If you’re hungry and want to eat, this is the wrong place to order from. This review is specifically for the Financial Drive location, and the order was placed directly through their own app.

🍕 I always buy pizza in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while! The crust is perfectly balanced—crispy yet soft at the same time. The toppings are fresh and bursting with flavor. I will definitely be coming back!

Quality of dough really is refreshing. We had the tandoori chicken pizza last night and the taste was awesome too . We tasted it very perfect as we customized our pizza. Hoping to have pizza again☺️☺️.

Poor hygienic practice here. I walked into the store and the gentleman making pizza in the back came and took my order. I payed with cash, he pressed some buttons on the cash register and gave me my change. He just went right back to making pizza in the back of the store without washing his hands. Gross

Good pizza, bad service. sesame seeds on crust are a nice addition, but the pizza never makes it to my house. Always an issue with having no drivers. Very disappointing how a pizza place can't deliver a pizza down the street.

I ordered a pizza and received my first one in 30 minutes, which was great. But surprisingly, I got a second pizza 30 minutes later — without any explanation or communication in total, I waited an hour. And also she didn’t had change so she asked us to get a couple of coke cans. Seriously???Experience was terrible and customer service was unsatisfied as well

The service is poor, so is the quality of pizza. I have never heard such poor quality of pizza in my life or at any other red swan pizza.
Everytime I come in there is no one at the counter and you have to wait at least 5 mins before someone shows up from the back.
Additionally, this time I placed an online order for take out at 8:21 and reached the store at 8:50 and the pizza was not ready. I was then told to wait another 5-7 minutes and it was still not ready. I had to wait a full 20 minutes to get my pizza even when I ordered ahead of time. The staff completely forgot about the pizza and only started making the pizza once I got there. Then got a poor quality pizza. Waste of time, I won’t bother coming back another time.

Update : Paying in advance does not mean the ordered was delivered at that time.

Ordered for the first time from the North Bay location. A couple of pizzas, breadsticks with cheese, and nachos. We were blown away on how everything was so good. Everything had a great taste and was really fresh and hot. Definitely our new favourite pizza place in town. 10/10

It's definitely not the greatest pizza in town, but it's cheap and it's good for the price. Will definitely keep ordering from Red Dragon whenever I'm on a budget. One thing I recommend though. Their crust has sesame seeds. Sesame seeds are great but not on pizza crust so I would ask for no sesame seeds
