Shake Shack - Vaughan Mills

I brought shake , fried a veggie shack burger. Sugar is bit high in shake 84 grams, makes it so sweet and no option for less sugar.
Fries are okay to below average. Doesn't taste fresh, it was tasting bitter in the end..
Burger was good..
Paid $24 bucks for this felt a little bit over priced.

Over a dozen employees just hanging around talking in the hallways. You can see and hear them all. Over staffed. It's a hang out.
Food is trash, it's cheap meat. Small portions after the meat is burnt , it shrinks. Smaller than a McChicken, why ask for tips???
Are u guys serving to the table and giving me service???
Are u refilling drinks??
Hell No, none of them getting a tip. Where do the tips go??

Slow. I ordered fries and Coke and waited 10 mins at opening

Everytime I visit a Shake Shack location, the food always surprises me. Reason why this turns to be one of my fave fastfood burgers. I did not expect the smash burger taste and look for my double shack burger. That potato BUN always hits the spot.
The hotdog was just so-so but I loved the melted cheese that comes with it.

The location was perfectly placed beside the food court. However, I got lost going here (as a first timer) because the map shows it was close to the south exit. So whoever placed that, kindly have it changed. The servers was the usual SS service. Lots of young servers. Since this is a new location, someone is assisting you already on the line while waiting to be asked for your order or going to the self- service.

Happy it’s halal . Sikh was supposed to be vegetarian mostly and they only eat jhatka method meat , this country does not belong to Sikh only , we have Muslim Christian Jews Hindi Tamil etc Canadians , sikh please respect people and Canadian choice as well as restaurants choice, muslim is the second largest religion, we Muslim also can’t eat at many restaurants, , doesn’t mean it something is not halal you are allowed to eat since there is no guarantee if it’s jhatka way so better you to remain vegetarian lol , Christian Jews have their own method too like kosher etc. Doesn’t mean if Canada allow sikh in the country they now think they can rule everything or everyone life

The food was very disappointing, the burgers were small and there was very little taste. The only redeming quality was the fries, they were yummy. For the price this is not a place I will be going back to.

I love visiting this spot in the U.S. and always order the Shroom Burger with cheese fries. Tried the same in Canada to see if the flavor matched—and it absolutely does! Lucky population! No change in taste, and if they keep up these preparation standards, the restaurant will do great here too

Terrible burger. Dry and thin. Fries are pathetic. Shake was decent. Save you money. This place will close down in 1 year max.

The staff were so rude and the food is not worth the wait or price. In a food court you have plenty of other options than with better service. I would NEVER go back there.

Order a burger 🍔, the bun was small a junior bun too overprice. No combos and does not accept cash contactless!

food was good, but the waiting time was utterly ridiculous. was standing for about 20 minutes
