Very tasty poutine and the staff were very friendly! Ordered two poutines and he threw a free topping in for us. Amazing customer service and will definitely be coming back!

Don't eat at this location! The fries are never fresh. We used to go to the location on hwy 7 until they closed down and they were good. We don't eat here often but every time we do, it's garbage. I also sent feedback directly through the website weeks ago and received no responses, which is just bad customer service. Save $10-$15 and get a better poutine at Harvey's.

Clean interior and fast friendly service. Prices are fair for the size of the Poutine. The richness of the gravy is what sets them apart, combined with the perfectly fried, crispy, seasoned fries ? The Sheppard pie Poutine is a meal on its own- loaded with toppings, you're set for the whole evening.

Service is fast. Food is mediocre but expensive. Used to like Smokes poutines, but lately tried a few different locations and food isn't as great as it used be.

First time reviewing a restaurant and I have to say that this place is terrible honestly. I went here earlier today and service was slow, food was way too overpriced for what you get. Employee seemed overwhelmed. Every time I pass by here I see the employees always working alone, that seems like terrible way to schedule employees, especially when they’re on their own for busy hours. Finally management seems non existent here or at least disorganized. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you want poutine, you’re better off supporting the other small businesses near by who seem to be operated more competently than this place. Plus they are a lot more friendly than this restaurant.

One star for service cuz the lady was doing all the work the guy is just standing there while the frys are cooking he could help take orders not just stare at the amount of people who are waiting10/10 for the lady keep up the good work ❤️

Came here at 7.40pm to order but the girl said they have many order, she can't take any more orders as she is alone. And she ignored us. Surprised and left.
