Do not visit this location! I was NOT respected as a customer. I walked in and made eye contact , smiled , and said “HI”as I was really excited to go there for my birthday. The lady did not say HI back. But instead , looked at me for a few seconds , then walked away to the back and never returned. My husband and I were very confused as to why she did not want to serve us. We ended up taking our business across the street where we were served amazing food with exceptionally remarkable service. When we returned, an hour later , to ask why we were treated in that manner , the female worker refused to come to the front and speak with us. Very disappointed in our first experience with this restaurant ! I hope this will deter others from going through this painful experience.
Me and my boyfriend decided to try here, so expensive and not worth it. The cheese curds were squeaky on my poutine and my food was cold, My boyfriend’s poutine was also cold.
$37 dollars for absolutely nothing.
0 STARS. Poutine tasted nasty. Old stale with a bad after taste, almost puked. Bad oil and expired gravey. Place was empty.
Robbed me of $20. Not sure how public health gives a pass certificate to this place
NASTY
Atmosphere dead, poutine mediocre, ni service with a smile. So much better when you get it from the toronto location.
The pulled pork tastes great. First time here and it’s very welcoming and polite.
I had high hopes for this poutine, but it was a complete disappointment. The fries were clearly old, stale, and had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. They could have made a fresh batch at least for the price we paid. To make matters worse, the dish wasn’t even warm—the cheese curds didn’t melt at all, leaving a sad, cold mess on top. A simple dish should never be so wrong! Overall, a terrible experience. Definitely would not go back.
The service is bad and they make the food portions smaller. Just go to other place.
Poutine was decent. Had the one with bacon on it. I'd rather hit a chip wagon. We also tried popcorn chicken...I do not recommend the popcorn chicken. Barely identifiable as meat whatever sponge white substance was inside. We actually ate a few then threw them out.
Gray was cold, didn’t melt the cheese. Staff was unhelpful when asking about menu items.
Very tasty poutine and the staff were very friendly! Ordered two poutines and he threw a free topping in for us. Amazing customer service and will definitely be coming back!

Disappointed by the food. Fairly
small portion with a very long wait for an insane price.

Don't eat at this location! The fries are never fresh. We used to go to the location on hwy 7 until they closed down and they were good. We don't eat here often but every time we do, it's garbage. I also sent feedback directly through the website weeks ago and received no responses, which is just bad customer service. Save $10-$15 and get a better poutine at Harvey's.

Clean interior and fast friendly service. Prices are fair for the size of the Poutine. The richness of the gravy is what sets them apart, combined with the perfectly fried, crispy, seasoned fries ? The Sheppard pie Poutine is a meal on its own- loaded with toppings, you're set for the whole evening.
