Needs more staff when it's a busy time 😕 waited 5 min. for a chocolate croissant...was put in a small paper bag, asked for a box..she put in a small box..did not fit..so it got crushed ☹️ waited another 5 min. Left with NO croissants.
Very disappointed 😞

Got a veal cutlet sandwich and was unimpressed. $7 for the veal. $14 in a sandwich. That's a $7 bun
Stopped in after having dinner in the area. The service was super friendly, and the selection, even though late, was vast.
The pastries and desserts are very good. The breads and other baked items also looked delicious.

Very good ambience and nice variety of food. Too pricy - for example, cappuccino did not taste like one and was completely cold and was not something that would cost $5. Not organized, unable to help where to pay and where to order, circling around

Food is pretty good but expensive. The biggest drawback is they do not have anyone cleaning up the tables. So if you want a table you'll need to clean it.

Nice environment with very good coffee and delicious food. I gave 4 stars because one staff member was a bit impatient. After I paid and waited for my food to be warmed up, I was told to wait in a not-so-nice manner.

I've been a customer of St Philip's Bakery for a long time. I've noticed a significant drop in service and product quality over the last year or two. I've seen that costs have increased while food quality has decreased. I'll offer you two examples: around a month ago, I bought pastries from St Phillips bakery in Nobleton only to realize that the pastries, such as the cannoli and flaky horn, tasted stale and outdated. My second example occurred last Saturday, when we purchased a traditional Italian rum cake for my mother's 80th birthday. I got it on Friday, and it was quite disappointing.
We took it home and sliced into it, noting that the cake was not as tall as a typical three-tier cake. Especially when compared to the item you promote in your store. This cake was a special order that had to be picked up rather than purchased from your display. The cream on the cake was not what you would expect to find on top of this dessert. Typically, the top layer of cream is more whipped in texture, with buttercream-style piping on the trim. However, the entire cake was buttercream. When cut into, the three-tier cake was incredibly thin, with the top layer being half an inch smaller in diameter than the bottom two. It appears that they were cutting corners. The second layer of the three-tier cake was exceedingly thin, barely separating the two creams. This cake's design and piping were really poor.
I will contact the bakery and complain about the quality. We all pay more now, however, I expect the quality to match what you pay for.

Asked 3 different staff members what type of nut was in their brownie. No one knew or could find the answer. Their pastries/tarts often taste freezer burnt - have experienced this on multiple occasions. Overpriced given the quality and service.
I went thereon Oct 2nd 2024 to buy the snacks for my toddler babies and I bought 2 cinnamon pastries and I have been charged $10. I was chocked for the amount charged for just two small pastries! rip off. I will never go again there.

Hot table had delicious options. Pricy but great quality. It was super busy at noon on a Saturday, but, there was plenty of friendly staff to attend to everyone. The cannoli was fresh and satisfying. Highly recommend.
