I go here a few times a week before work and I am happy with their service. I often order on the app and pick up my order through drive-thru. By doing this, I ensure that my order is ready on time and no mistakes are made. One thing I would like improved is the drink quantity, sometimes if I get a latte or shaken espresso, my drink is only filled half-way. This can be very upsetting since the drinks are very expensive.

Not too many tables! We were 3 and had to grab chairs from different tables to finally get to sit down. I wanted to order iced latte but as the inside was so cold , had to order hot drink ☕️ coffee was good though.

been a regular Starbucks customer for years, this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered my drink not only was it the wrong order, but the top wasn’t put on properly so when he handed it to me, it spilled all over me. I immediately came back and told him. Then he gave me a half full drink. Whoever is running this store seriously needs to get their ish together. horrible staff and horrible service

I didn't have a good experience at the drive through today. I ordered my usual drink without syrup and ice. There was syrup and instead of ice, it was majorly watered down so my drink tasted like sugar water. I won't be going back.The location at Keele and Rutherford is way better and nails it every time for me.Update: I went back to get my drink fixed in person. Whoever was helping me was really nice and remade my drink as I watched her. The drink was better, but Keele and Rutherford is still my top choice for location in the area.

Ordered my drink with extra light ice and made it extremely clear that I wanted very little ice as possible. They made it filled with ice in the drive thru. Because we were in a rush we left before checking the order. So disappointed. Won’t be visiting this location again.

This branch not only lacks proper hygiene but also doesn't offer all the menu options consistently! Moreover, the behavior of one of the employees, a young guy, is incredibly rude and he has no idea how to deal with customers! I never go to Tim Horton to avoid encountering these issues, but I can say that he's one of the rudest employees I've ever seen at Starbucks, and that's why I never come back to this branch

Honestly tired of getting ripped off, particularly at Starbucks lately. Ordered a cold grande shaken espresso with foam, took one sip and then moved the froth off to one side to reveal barely a half cup of coffee. $7.00!! Seems to be happening way too often so giving up on Starbucks for awhile.
