I placed an order through their drive through. Same order that I always get from the starbucks close to my work. I grabbed the order and drove off, when I took the first sip, it tasted nothing like a latte. It was more of water and lots of sugar added to it. The prices keep going up at starbucks but the quality keeps going down.

Every time I come to this Starbucks, the wait is way too long — even for a simple drink. I usually order ahead about 10 minutes before, but it still takes around half an hour in total, especially if I add a pastry (another 10–15 minutes wait).
Once I even saw the barista pour regular milk into my oat milk drink. When I asked about it, he confidently said no, even though I literally saw it happen. Be careful if you have dietary preferences or allergies.
It’s sad because this is the only location in my area, but the service really needs improvement.

the staff attitude is very bad. It’s my birthday drink and I just ask a little extra for some topping. The staff was very rude and said “extra of everything”. Very bad attitude will never come back
