The staff at this location go above and beyond to make sure you feel like family. I want to thank the general manager Victoria for always welcoming me and my service dog Bijou as well. Coming to this location is one of the best parts of our day. We love all the staff here!!

I went in to order a drink on my birthday (January 31st) at around 8:30 pm and the barista, I think her name was something along the lines of Agatha, was extremely rude, sarcastic and uninviting. I asked her what I needed to do to qualify for the birthday drink and she told me I would not be getting a drink there. She wouldn’t explain to me why not or what I needed to do, and instead spoke rudely saying things like “oh my god” to me sarcastically. I left without buying anything. Avoid this location at all costs.

I don't usually go to Starbucks. I was meeting a friend here and I thought Jessica (?) was very friendly since I don't really even know how to order in Starbucks language.

BEWARE! Employees via drive-thru deliberately take extra long making your order; meanwhile during the speaker intercom, they rush you as they take your order & completely get your order wrong upon pickup. During the first drive thru order, they didn't even take my order correctly. I asked for less ice, but they filled my entire drink full of ice beyond saving. What's worse is upon driving up to the drive-thru window for a 2nd order, the cashier is seen laughing and chatting with other employees. Cashier blatantly ignores me despite seeing me pull up, & chooses not to tend to my payment all while the food is clearly right next to the register by the window. Mind you, there were tons of cars in the drive-thru lane, and the cashier still chooses to do everything but get my order dealt w/. It's not like I was waiting for a drink--it was simply 2 oat bars this time around. The cashier would give me sly looks & keep laughing w/ her staff. After 10 mins of this, I left. Complete disrespect & absolute negligence on their job. They don't even sound like they care to listen to our orders. They intentionally make your orders wrong, or don't even process it when you reach the drive-thru window. BEWARE of their drive-thru. Never have I experienced this terrible service @ other Starbucks drive-thru's.

Ive had a review here for two years, so yes im reviewing this based on my experience this morning….i come here all the time…i started writing everything that happened. But basically the girl who was in the window was absolutely terrible and totally ruined my morning. I will never come back this early. Terrible service!

Wait time is longer than expected only 3-4 people are working in bussiest hours.. services was too bad i order venti chai tea latte without water in it and i never had that bad taste of chai tea latte.. i feels like hot water only...
