Great service. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and I didn’t like it. I told the barista and she kindly made me a new drink of choice. It was so much better! Great customer service

The service is horrible. The lady speaking to me at the drive through was so rude. I submitted a mobile order for one black drip coffee literally 30 mins in advance. I don’t expect to get attitude for coming THIRTY minutes later for a DRIP COFFEE (no prep) as if I’ve inconvenienced them and showed up demanding something so quickly. I don’t understand the process there - have never had an issue before with this drive through.. not sure if this person is new but they need to go!!

If you're looking for a quiet place to sit for a few minutes, enjoy your drink, and perhaps focus on some work, this branch is not a suitable option. Especially not if the branch manager is at the next table, because their loud voice and energetic laughter act like an alarm every couple of minutes, completely disrupting your concentration.
For me, the experience was more like a brain shock than a place to sit for a few minutes! It reminded me of the days when baristas at Starbucks used to loudly shout out customers' names and orders, with the difference that that practice was abandoned years ago, but apparently, a unique version of it continues at this branch.

Disappointed with Customer Service
I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 10 years, and this was the first time I’ve had such a negative experience. I came in to redeem my birthday reward, but the staff member refused to honor it. Very disappointing and not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

The Asian gray haired barista (I think her name was Shauna?) was surprisingly unfriendly in a way I’m simply not used to with Starbucks. Everything else (the drinks and all) was great.

We were just there this morning trying to order the cold buster tea. Unfortunately when I said the “cold 911” tea they thought it was funny and the lady ask me if we wanted for her to call 911. We said no but there a tea that use to be called that and we weren’t sure the new name. Instead of helping us the both ladies were very rude and disrespectful. So we left because the staff couldn’t figure it out I told my husband this was the reason I hated going to Starbucks and I will never be back again. I Try to give Starbucks a chance but I don’t do well with staff being rude and making a mockery of us. I felt very unhappy, sad and fusterated after this visit as I just wanted a cold buster tea. Due to myself being sick all week. Its unfair that staff can treat there customers like this
