We were just there this morning trying to order the cold buster tea. Unfortunately when I said the “cold 911” tea they thought it was funny and the lady ask me if we wanted for her to call 911. We said no but there a tea that use to be called that and we weren’t sure the new name. Instead of helping us the both ladies were very rude and disrespectful. So we left because the staff couldn’t figure it out I told my husband this was the reason I hated going to Starbucks and I will never be back again. I Try to give Starbucks a chance but I don’t do well with staff being rude and making a mockery of us. I felt very unhappy, sad and fusterated after this visit as I just wanted a cold buster tea. Due to myself being sick all week. Its unfair that staff can treat there customers like this

There was people blocking the aisle to walk to the exit I kindly asked the employees if I could go through the counter to get out. Now I would have been fine if they had just said no sorry, but they were disrespectful and unprofessional they were yelling at me to get out and even after I walked away the followed and kept bugging me to the point we're I told them to leave me be where they continued to talk. This unprofessionalism if very dissapointing as I just wanted to leave but there response was very very disrespectful and not ok don't come to this Starbucks if u want good service

This place has such a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The ambiance feels inviting, with comfortable seating and a charming decor that instantly makes you feel at home. The baristas here are fantastic—not only are they incredibly knowledgeable about the coffee and drinks they serve, but they’re also genuinely friendly and approachable.
Absolutely terrible and vile customer service from Aira. As a regular customer, I won’t be returning to your location. Probably not the best move to make faces at your customers and walk away from them while they’re speaking to you.

Slow worker, always make the drink so water down.in line for 20mins. Quality is definitely worst in this location. They need the real barista working. A bunch of kids unable to make the drink properly. I don’t taste any coffee. Just cream and ice , never coming back here again
Their drinks look better than they taste. Lol ? was swayed by the colour of the drink I saw with someone but it didn't taste half as good as it looked. Was still good for aesthetics tho.
I joined the queue when I was already late for work. I think that was a terrible idea. Don't queue for Starbucks when you're late for work. You'd be frustrated because the staff will keep working at their regular pace and it's not their business or fault you're late for work. Cheers ☕
