I visited this Starbucks today, and it reminded me of my visit about 4 months ago when I was helped by a girl named Jashan. She was so humble, polite, and made my experience wonderful back then. Today, I didn’t see her, and I truly missed her presence. She really left a lasting impression with her kindness. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like her on the team.

I appreciated the warm hello I received when I came in. I had the chance to cool off inside with my coffee on a hot day. The space was really clean and there were good vibes all around. Just what I needed on a Tuesday afternoon.

Ordered a Venti Starwberry Oat Matcha Tea Latte and they made it with regular milk so I went back in so they could remake it, to which they told me they were out of the strawberry syrup, so fine whatever. I asked for a refund. They gave it. The issue is not once did they apologize for making it wrong, or even offered another drink similar to it. Worse customer service ever, I advise not to go to this location. And on top of that this isn't the first time this has happened. Horrible customer service, if you don't wanna work in the customer service industry, get a different job. Unbelievable.

Everyone should read the low reviews on store managers customer service and horrible attitude! I’m surprised she hasn’t been fired yet with all the negative reviews about her! Worst customer service at this location especially from the so called store manager HALIMA who lacks customer service skills. Im a regular Starbucks customer and I always order a venti iced shaken espresso with no classic, 1/2 pump sugar free vanilla and no milk, splash of cream for $5.93 total. I always get charged that same price even at 20 innovation drive but the store manager HALIMA thinks it’s okay to over charge incorrectly to $6.84, even after showing her my receipts all at that location and from other locations with the customizations on it and her excuse was “unfortunately some stores are different”. Funny thing is I pay that same price at her location so everyone at that location including other locations are charging me incorrectly or she just wants to nit pick at me specifically. Also, making a false accusation saying that I swore when I drove off when I was having a conversation with my sisters and mom on the phone is completely unprofessional from a store manager. Halimas unbothered attitude when I said that I would report her to the head office was so unprofessional as a store manager. The district manager or owner need to reconsider her role as a store manager at this location. Terrible customer service skills from her/

This was my first time visiting this location and I was really impressed. I tried their chai latte and it was smooth, flavourful. I also had the spinach, feta, and egg white wrap – it was fresh, tasty, and surprisingly filling. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back
Went there at last minute. Was expecting to get services declined. But the closing cashier and barrista were really nice! Not sure what there names are but shout out to the team!

Drinks here are a hit and a miss. This Asian dude making my drink today kept coughing. That has to be a health code violation. And then my drink was all ice and no coffee. Bro, i get it inflation is high but duping the customer is just cheap. Food is ok. Staff was friendly though.
