I had a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in. I opted for the Pumpkin Cream Chai, and I must say, it was a perfect blend of spicy chai and smooth pumpkin cream—rich, comforting, and full of seasonal flavor. Along with my drink, I enjoyed some of their freshly prepared snacks, which were just as satisfying, providing a great complement to the beverage. The overall ambiance of the store was cozy and well-maintained, making it an ideal spot for both a quick stop or a relaxing break. I am posting this review after my second visit at this location & the experience I had second time was worst. It’s evening time for both days. I am regular starbucks customer & knows the taste of the drinks I like.
First time I have ordered at Drive Thru and my drink Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew was not the one I always had and I was short of time so I prefer not to go in again to change my drink. Now, comes the second time which makes me to post this review. The second time I went inside the store to order my Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and what I saw a server was brooming the floor barehanded, I know that’s normal. But when I placed the order the same server who was brooming the floor started to make my drink in front of me without even washing her hands. That’s not acceptable at all and when I stopped her not to make my drink without washing her hands then she washed her hands. The Main point here is that I don’t know Who & How my drink is being prepared when I order at drive thru. Will never go there and Now, will avoid Starbucks drive thru as much as I can.

Not so happy with the service provided. I asked for a tall with boiling water and two scoops of matcha; I was told by the store manager I would be charged for the latte. As far as I know water is free so I should only be charged for the 2 scoops of matcha.

This location is amazing! I love everyone who works here — they are all so hardworking and dedicated. It's great to see some new faces, too. There’s one gentleman with glasses and a British accent (I don’t quite know his name), but his customer service is outstanding. Thank you for making us feel so welcome every time we visit.
