I recently had to do interviews for my company so I was spending an extended amount of time in the store. My experience was ALWAYS good! Never 1 incorrect order, service was always fast and accurate, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff working are all so friendly and personable, which really helps make the experience top notch. Truly everyone I’ve encountered has been great, all the staff, but Carina specifically always goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful customer experience.

Starbucks, as usual, is great. It has everything it should have and a high-quality app. But it us expensive ($10 per drink). Yet Starbucks has a giant variety of drinks, leaving something for everyone. The staff are also very kind and respectfully.

Easy parking. The drive-through is a little bit tight and I don’t even know how larger vehicles would go through. This is one of my favorite Starbucks. However, sometimes my drink does take a really long time to be made. They focus more on the drive-through and maybe shortstaffed.

I had a good experience coming here and working, but last time when I came and ordered something I found out the internet is down (no sign!) then the room temp was cold for sitting and working! Again, we can see the downing of customer service in Canada!

I want to start this review by giving a huge shoutout to the amazing baristas at this Starbucks – Michelle, Izabella, Rohan, and Eric. Their friendly and professional service has made my nearly two years of visits truly outstanding. I've been a regular customer at this Starbucks for nearly two years, and the experience has been consistently excellent, with not a single negative experience. The whole team is always welcoming and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive visit. Highly recommend this Starbucks for a fantastic environment and exceptional service.

I go to this Starbucks at least once a week for lunch, and I always run into grumpy baristas who are slow and unfriendly. But recently, I met Sarah, who was super sweet and made me feel welcome. She really changed my experience there! I hope to see her again soon!
