A multimillion dollar company can’t let customers have some ICE. yes.. ICE. Must make a purchase to get some ice… i c e. That’s how downbad this company is. I was told i need to make a purchase to get ice but it really just depends who’s working. I come here 2-3 times a week, and the odd time i’ll get the rude barista saying “nope you gotta buy something, company policy” but the nice baristas will give you the ice with a smile and say “i know it’s hot outside, here you go” Scared of risking your job over some ICE during a 35 degree day is sad. Not a product. Not even water. Ice. Do better Starbucks, it’s enough that your company is boycotted. Makes sense why now.

I’m a somewhat regular customer at this branch, but my last visit around 1 PM was disappointing. The staff were extremely loud, almost like they were partying, and didn’t seem to care much about customers at the register and at the area where they give the food and drinks at the very far left. It felt like they thought they were the only ones in the store. I ordered an Iced Americano with milk and the barista with the name tag “Salma” was more focused on chatting than preparing my drink. I had to wait far too long for a simple order. I usually enjoy coming here, but this experience made me feel overlooked as a customer.

Service is bad 👎, when you are asking for water at the counter with your refill water bottle and refused. It happens with me 5 minutes ago at Starbucks on Dufferin and Langstuff. I stopped at Shell gas station and went to get tap water. No. You have to buy something to have tap water now. Starbucks store number 57277 and name of the girl who refused me tap water Shay. August 27th 2025. My name Alex and I used Starbucks for way over 10 years. Gold card with my name on it, but NO TAP WATER!

I wish I could give 0 stars here. This is my local Starbucks and I will never come ever again. The drivethru lady on Saturdays specifically is extremely rude and dismissive. They usually make small mistakes every single time I order something here and when I mentioned it to her last time she was rude and full of attitude for no reason at all. I understand mistakes happen and nothing is always going to be perfect which is completely normal but to be rude and give attitude when I mention it is not okay… what do you want me to do? I paid for something and you give me something different so should I just not say anything next time? When I told her she was rude she decided to turn around and just laugh at us. What a disgrace to have someone so rude operating your drivethru… it happens every single time we go there!!! I’ll never come back here again.

Horrible service, especially the lady at the drive thru. Handed us a drink that was not on properly and spilled all over the cup holder in our car. Asked for the stickers to cover the lid and napkins and gave us such bad attitude
They don’t know how to make your drink. Even if you order no sugar, it is still very sweet. The same order at other location isn’t sweet at all.

Waited 10 minutes after placing my order and not going through the drive thru to end up getting g the wrong order. I just requested a refund bcs it is totally ridiculous how long you have to wait and then on top of it they get it wrong. April 30. Girl in the red T-shirt cannot take orders properly and needs retraining. Disgraceful.
