The people are quite lovely however the things that are unfortunate are the hours (rarely open and never when you actually want coffee especially when you're in a hospital), prices are inflated, and the drinks only recently started to taste ok. Oh, and you can't use points.

Not good service. The cashier didn’t allow me to collect point. They gave the food late with nobody before me. The ice lavender matcha latte is not taste as other locations. Really disappointed.

Never use the drive thru.The line wraps around behind the building and you will never know how long the line is. Trust me, it's always long and never quick. Save the time and gas, just go in.

You would think 8 am on a Saturday morning would be a time when I did not have to stand waiting while 5 staff didn't notice me only to then have the person behind me get served first.
