They were immediately out of all bread besides multigrain which was no big deal, but what was a big deal was the portion of steak was maybe enough for a 6 inch when I ordered a foot long. This worker also added garlic aioli after I clearly said barbecue sauce… I have no clue who you mishear that bad. I don’t have much more to say than this was an extremely disappointing experience.

We can come to this. Subways all the time because the service is usually good. That was a different person here today. Different kind of service. I usually get the number 19. Did chimichanga steak and cheese but I did get it today but when I add my sauce I asked her that chimichanga sauce. Guess what? They did not have the sauce. Why didn't the why didn't it this ever? No she did not have that sauce. And how do you sell that sub if we don't have the sauce to make that sub the whole reason why I get the chimichanga sub. I love that sauce anyways it made me very angry. I would have got something else if she'd done her job in beginning she would have told the customer. Sorry we do not have that sauce. Is it okay?

I hate to leave bad reviews but $21 for a foot long that tastes like garbage is unacceptable. I would have rather ate anywhere but here. If I was an investor this would be a great short.

OCT-25-2024, Just got a shawarma chicken sandwich, the girl mixed some sort of powder with the chicken(possibly for flavour), she has added excess amount of that powder and it was VERY VERY salty,(pls DO NOT DO THIS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS). I called the store to give my feedback and talked to a female employee about this but no apology or empathy. Owner of the store,,, please Train your foreign employees how to apologize ,,, TY.

I was so disappointed going there on Sunday oct 20th at 11:45 ! Specially today they were understaffed and the one who was there was rude and disrespectful! Poor customer service! It’s always that same person who treat consumers like trash!

Went in and Ordered Footlong sub from app, when she was making my sub she didn’t toasted it properly later I asked to add one sauce is she stated she can’t modify, I am aware there are no additional charge for sauce. I wonder when she can’t modify the sub why would she not toast it well ? The cheese wasn’t even melted in the sub. Had to eat that footlong anyway as paid for it. Went in on Saturday late evening oct-12.

I can't believe this place still does not cover any of their prepared foods. The tuna was crushing datk chunks at the top. All their sliced cold cuts were exposed open to the flies that were behind the counter. Saw that and had to leave. It does not cost them anything to put light covers on all the produce and meats. Hope the owners see this review. The employee was good tho switches her gloves between all the transaction.

On [09.29.2024], my spouse and I tried to use a coupon for two burgers at $15. However, the staff refused to accept it, citing instructions from their manager. My spouse was also present as a witness to this refusal.
