Last week I visited this place with my friend in search of vegetarian options very first time. Although there were limited options for vegetarian people but the best thing which I liked the most was the employee who was a young girl there. She helped me to get out the best option from the limited options and the way she came forward to help me out was appreciable. I liked her way to deal with every customer with a smile on her face.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat that turned into a full lunch! Tried three different 6 inch subs from the new global menu! The Rancher, the Cuban Crunch, and the Stampede Brisket! As well as the ChimmiChura bowl! Everything was amazing!!! Especially how polite and knowledgeable Ravleen was at suggesting toppings and serving us at the same time as hanging take out orders to people walking in without missing a beat!

The open sign was on, it was 25 mins prior to closing. There were customers eating in and customers being served in line. Rude employee, without apology tells me they won’t take anymore orders after the man in front of me. When I said there was 25 minutes left and it’s not like I came two minutes prior to closing she just ignored me without a response or apology. I fully understand the need to wrap up and clean but then change ur public hours to when u actually stop serving customers and turn off the open sign. Or at the very least, say it with some sincerity. She was so rude to the point I was embarrassed with how she spoke to me but she had no problem serving all the men in front of me.

I came in the store earlier to purchase a foot-long sub before purchasing it. I asked if the bread is fresh and the guy said yes however, when I went home to eat the sub, it was hard to the point the bread was making multiple crumbs. Not only that but I took 3 bites and noticed the meat was spoiled. It’s been running my belly all day. I highly recommend not to order from here. Save your money.

I actually like this Subway but too often there is only employee working and they are handling online orders and walk in orders. I understand keeping overhead costs down but having to wait 20 minutes for a Sub is not ideal.The subway app is also inefficient, better to go in and order as it’s usually never ready on time .

Came in at 6:30pm, dinner rush, and there was one staff working with very limited bread selection. It seems this store is trying to run with the fewest possible staff. Needless to say it was a long wait for a sub as the staff worker was very slow. Not sure why a slow staff worker was working alone during the dinner rush. I guess the owner of this store doesn’t want a rush of customers to come in.
