I ordered a 6 inch COLD CUT SUB and said to just heat up the cheese and bread not the ham and they said okay and heated up the bread and cheese and instead of putting the COLD CUTS ON A COLD CUT SUB he puts ham even tho I said COLD CUT I than tell him I said it was a COLD CUT SUB and continues to say no you said ham I asked you twice, Yha ofcourse I’m gonna say ham it’s a COLD CUT SUB I assume you’d understand I want the COLD CUTS ON A COLD CUT SUB I paid for what I got but it’s just such a dumb situation

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with no onions, no peppers, and I received just bread with a few vegetables and barely any meat. It was NOTHING like the picture shown — no proper filling, no care, just sloppy.
I’m pregnant and I needed something specific and safe. This is not just disappointing — it’s disrespectful. Shame on whoever prepared this order.
