Such a pleasant experience at this location! One of the workers, Moe, assisted me promptly when I came in hungry one day after work. He was so helpful, kind, and very responsive in helping me pick out the sandwich I wanted and the best toppings to put on it. He answered any questions i had, provided excellent customer service, and was a delight to talk to. Overall, the place was very clean, organized, and well- presented.

This is my neighborhood Subway. Customer service is really really bad, especially the middle eastern guy at the counter is very rude, and I think he has no idea how to interact with people. The hygiene is poor, they don’t even change their gloves in between customers. Also, the proportions of the ingredients were much less compare to other Subways. Not gonna come back, ever. Been to 27 countries and never saw one with this kind of rude attitude.

I ordered platters for pickup. I did two transactions and forgot to add the special instructions on the other order. They made sure and contacted me to confirm if I still wanted cheese or not. I also asked for the sauce to be on the side to avoid messiness. The sandwiches were well packed. They added enough sauces for all three platters. They also gave enough utensils and napkins. I was running 15mins late due to traffic and I called ahead to tell them and the contact person told me they'll put the platters in the fridge so it stays fresh for longer which is very much appreciated by everyone who ate the subs.
