Lady offered a buy one get one free offer only on Sunday app. Said it was past closing, and locked me out. Asked to talk to her before I went to another location. She did not respond. Horrible. Customer service. Horrible and should be fired for not speaking fluent

Ordered online at 8:30pm went into the store. The sandwich artists looked almost shocked someone walked in. I told them that online order was mine. And they told me they were in the process of canceling the order. Why?? Because apparently for the past 3 hours they had been too busy to make new bread, call anyone to avoid online orders. So they tell me the money will be returned within 1 hour. How is this acceptable?

Yes I may have been absolutely irate at the clerks but let's be honest here. How do you not call anyone for help during the 3 hours of dinner rush??

Now I waited a while to post this as again I was angry.

I have had several other issues with this restaurant specifically but the only reason I return is because of convenience.

It is 9:50 and the funds are still SHOCKINGLY not in my account. Another false statement from the employee.

Ordered a footlong cookie on the app for pickup and almost immediately I received a call saying that they did not have the item in stock. I asked the person to cancel the order but it was not cancelled and I was still charged. I reached out to customer support and received a response but for some reason I still haven't received a refund for the money I spent on the item I didn't receive...

Shifa and Robin served us today, and they served us right! We ordered 2 Chicken Teriyaki Crunch sandwiches, and these ladies gave us fresh ingredients, great customer service, and good portions. This was a great sandwich and I truly applaud these girls.

Terrible service took forever for 4 subs. It was 8 pm no one else was there the guys were just so slow. There were 2 of them.
Hours after eating here I started vomiting and so sick the whole night. I thought it was only me but to find out the next day my sister and her son also had the same symptoms and my son had stomach issues as well. ONLY similar product we had was the lettuce. Scared me to think we were exposed to some kind bacteria or food poisoning. I will never eat at any subway after this experience. We were so sick.

What happened... No roast beef sub . Why? Could not believe that the roast beef sub is gone. In place a lot of stuff no one wants. Bye subway.

Gurleen prepared sub which was not properly baked and prepared. I request owner for proper training to employees before hiring. We paid for it and it was useless.

Munchies Chicken

The small Indian girl who work in the morning cannot even process a legit coupon given out in the mail. If there’s an error in your system, you should be responsible and honour the price on the coupon. Who in the right mind would eat subway at regular price? Zero customer service. Just strictly following some rules like a robot. Perhaps AI can replace staff like her. What a waste of time.
