I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Subway location. The customer service was shockingly poor, largely due to an employee named Nav. This individual displayed a rude and aggressive attitude throughout the interaction, making it clear that working there seemed like a burden to them.
Nav lacked basic customer service skills—no greeting, no patience, and absolutely no professionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, they were dismissive and confrontational. It’s baffling how someone with such a negative attitude is employed in a customer-facing role.
This experience has completely turned me off from visiting this location again. Subway needs to seriously evaluate its hiring and training process because employees like Nav drive customers away.
If you’re considering grabbing a meal here, I’d recommend finding another location where customers are treated with respect.

We got to the restaurant around 7:30pm. There were 2 people ahead of us and a mobile order. We were a party of 5. The fellow working was all by himself and did an amazing job at getting the orders done quickly and accurately. I actually couldn’t believe he was there all by himself .

Terrible service. As we were ordering the employee kept asking what was on it even though we ordered a menu item, even as we asked for the bread we wanted, she changed it to something else.
It went very amazing. Even with amazing workers I love it! In the future I’ll come and eat more :))

One of my favorite subways the team is really patient & friendly especially the guy with the glasses always provides great recommendations! I also appreciate the use of separate gloves and knives for veggie subs!

Very satisfied with each visit when Poojan is there! He makes everyones subs perfectly while being efficient. I’ve overheard customers numerous times. He’s very good at what he does. Definitely recommend this location, everything is always fresh.
