I had a disappointing visit to Subway recently. The lady serving me, Simpran, had a really unwelcoming attitude that made the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the food was not up to par—especially the vegetables, which didn’t seem fresh at all. I expected better quality and service. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

I usually enjoy Subway, but this branch has been consistently disappointing. Grilling is always unavailable, which really takes away from the whole experience. On top of that, spinach and crispy onion have been out of stock for months. How can you promote items like the Teriyaki Crunch when you never have the key ingredients that make it what it’s supposed to be? It feels like the store is poorly managed and not maintaining the quality Subway is known for. Definitely not worth coming back until they fix these issues.

I didn’t get her name but the woman working at 4:00pm on August 24th was incredible. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond with her service. I really wish I got her name but she was amazing. My sub is delicious and will hope to see her again.

The visit was going ok until the moment a worker making my sub was playing around with the register and cross contaminating his gloves. When I asked him to change the gloves he changed one and used the dirty one to put my toppings. Please ensure hygienic standards are met.

I will not be returning to this location. The service is terrible. Staff here are VERY stingy with their sandwiches and toppings - barely wanting to fill them. No napkins. Refused to give us a cup pf tap water. The location is also dirty and not well maintained.
There are multiple locations in the area so this Subway can be easily avoided.
