I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee prepared a meat sub and did not change her gloves before starting my order. I ordered a veggie patty sub and had to specifically ask her to change the gloves, which she did only after I told her.
While my sub was being baked, she started preparing another customer’s order, which included meat again, and once more she did not change her gloves before handling vegetables.
Additionally, when my sub was completed, the sauce was applied only on the edges of the bread instead of evenly across the sub.
For customers who choose vegetarian options, proper glove changing is very important for hygiene and cross-contamination reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better staff training.

There are closer locations to my home, but I come to this particular Subway because Kunjal is an absolute gentleman. He prepares food woth diligence and is a class act! Best Subway in town!

amazing customer service from Kunjal, he was very mindful and considerate when it came to my dietary restrictions ( halal only) and washed the utensils he used when cutting my sub to prevent cross contamination. He even gave me suggestions on what to put on my sub!

I had a disappointing visit to Subway recently. The lady serving me, Simpran, had a really unwelcoming attitude that made the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the food was not up to par—especially the vegetables, which didn’t seem fresh at all. I expected better quality and service. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

I usually enjoy Subway, but this branch has been consistently disappointing. Grilling is always unavailable, which really takes away from the whole experience. On top of that, spinach and crispy onion have been out of stock for months. How can you promote items like the Teriyaki Crunch when you never have the key ingredients that make it what it’s supposed to be? It feels like the store is poorly managed and not maintaining the quality Subway is known for. Definitely not worth coming back until they fix these issues.

I didn’t get her name but the woman working at 4:00pm on August 24th was incredible. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond with her service. I really wish I got her name but she was amazing. My sub is delicious and will hope to see her again.

Kunjal went above and beyond for our visit. He made sure we had the app to get a discount and showed us how to collect points for future visits. He went out of his way to ensure we get the best deal on our sandwiches and treated us with such kindness😊 Definitely coming back!

Poor customer service from navneet, really bad attitude.
Unfortunately the quality of the food wasn’t the best either, very hard and dry bread.
