This is the only subway location I will ever go to! Poojan is one of the best employees there, always has a smile on his face, very kind and treats all of his customers with respect. Everytime I go here, my food is prepared and packed amazing and the customer service I get with Poojan is top tier! A raise or promotion is well deserved for him!

Poojan is a horrible staff member, he does not care one bit. My second time here to give it a chance as this subway is literally a few minutes from me and there has been no change in customer service. The attitude this man gives is unacceptable. If you dont like your job LEAVE ! I will always go out of my way to any other subway. I literaly go to the keele and major mackenzie location which is 10 minutes drive just based on how poorly i have been treated at this subway. 2nd time here and last time her until they get new staff that know how to treat people. How this guy is still working here blows my mind.
I recently visited the this Subway Location and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The employee, Poojan and Nikhil , was exceptionally rude when I requested my sub to be grilled, stating that it could only be done if I added an unreasonable number of toppings and sauces. (4 toppings and 2 sauces) This not only felt like an attempt to upsell but also left me with a sense of disrespect as a customer.Furthermore, my frustration escalated when I asked for spinach and was told that they were out of it. Basic ingredients being unavailable reflects poorly on the store's management and inventory control.Overall, the lack of customer service and the attitude displayed by the employees, particularly Poojan and Nikhil, left me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction. I believe it's crucial for the management to address these issues promptly to maintain the reputation of the Subway brand.
