👎👎👎Today, January 4, 2026, I went to Subway at Vaughan Mills Mall. I ordered a 6-inch veggie sandwich with no cheese, and they charged me $10.15. Everywhere else, I usually pay around $7. When I asked the cashier about the higher price, she said this location has different prices. I just want to let others know that they will pay much more at this location. I’ve seen many complaint reviews, but the owner has never responded. If you want, I can also make a slightly punchier version that would work well as a review for Google or Yelp. Do you want me to do that?

We visited this Subway on the evening of December 19 during the closing shift around 9:23 PM, and the employee on duty was outstanding. They were incredibly nice, patient, and accommodating—especially to my kids, making sure everyone felt welcome even late in the shift.The service turned a quick stop into a pleasant experience, with friendly smiles and attention to detail despite the late hour.Highly recommend this location for families we’ll be back!

Mobile order $8 for a half sub. a veggie sub, not asking for a patty but you can fill some veggies in the bun. ( not just visible veggies).

I ordered veggie delight, but Very less vegetables. It looks like I am eating bun only. Never recommend anyone. It is better to go outside vaughan mills mall for subway. Even they charged tips without asking. They are not following ontario law for charging tips, which is not mandatory to tip.

Just bought a footlong chicken teriyaki and it ended up costing $19.31. When I asked why it was so expensive I was told it’s because of the location and proximity to Wonderland. Never buying from here again. I wish I saw the other reviews before buying. Management needs to do something about this.

The workers are nice here. This is not about them. The pricing of the subs here, however, is diabolical. 20$ for two 6 inch veggie subs is absolutely insane. No extra cheese..no drinks.. no combo... just two 6 inch veggie subs.

I went to this subway today. On of the associate was super rude and racist. She gave a very bad expression and went away to ask another associate to prepare the food. Also, the prices here are up.

I want to take a moment to explain something I witnessed that was quite concerning. There were girls working hard, making sandwiches, when an older lady came over and started handling the food containers. Shockingly, she was doing this without wearing a hair net — which is clearly against hygiene standards. Not only that, but she was handling the containers quite roughly, practically throwing them, which created a lot of noise and impact. I could clearly see the discomfort and confusion on the girls’ faces. Despite them just doing their jobs, she went ahead and scolded them for no good reason. What’s even more troubling is that these girls didn’t feel like they had the right to speak up for themselves. It’s important that all staff, regardless of age or position, are treated with respect and that a safe, hygienic, and supportive working environment is maintained.
how much is each footlong these days? my kids today got 2 footlongs 1 tuna and 1 turkey , the total came up as 45$???? HOW?!!!! I need answers!!! the sale happened at 3:45pm today 20th september! 2 drinks and 2 footlongs = 45$??

If there is anything that makes subway stand out more than the other restaurants in this food court, it is the amazing customer service from Yvette. Her kind attitude and awesome smile definitely made my experience stand out today! She was very conscious about germs while making my sandwich and got it done very quickly. Hope you get the chance to meet this wonderful young lady yourself one day!
