I went to this subway today. On of the associate was super rude and racist. She gave a very bad expression and went away to ask another associate to prepare the food. Also, the prices here are up.

I want to take a moment to explain something I witnessed that was quite concerning. There were girls working hard, making sandwiches, when an older lady came over and started handling the food containers. Shockingly, she was doing this without wearing a hair net — which is clearly against hygiene standards. Not only that, but she was handling the containers quite roughly, practically throwing them, which created a lot of noise and impact. I could clearly see the discomfort and confusion on the girls’ faces. Despite them just doing their jobs, she went ahead and scolded them for no good reason. What’s even more troubling is that these girls didn’t feel like they had the right to speak up for themselves. It’s important that all staff, regardless of age or position, are treated with respect and that a safe, hygienic, and supportive working environment is maintained.
I gave five stars to service because of girls!

how much is each footlong these days? my kids today got 2 footlongs 1 tuna and 1 turkey , the total came up as 45$???? HOW?!!!! I need answers!!! the sale happened at 3:45pm today 20th september! 2 drinks and 2 footlongs = 45$??

If there is anything that makes subway stand out more than the other restaurants in this food court, it is the amazing customer service from Yvette. Her kind attitude and awesome smile definitely made my experience stand out today! She was very conscious about germs while making my sandwich and got it done very quickly. Hope you get the chance to meet this wonderful young lady yourself one day!

I ordered a 6" Veggie Patty sub and I was charged $10.99 plus taxes. A Veggie Patty sub at downtown Toronto is way cheaper. This place is such a rip off. How can we have a price discrimination for the same sub at two different locations. Is this even legit?
Purposely miss charging people, people are buying standard veggie sub and they are marking as a Veggie patty sub which is much more expensive, and when I confronted them they acted like they didn’t understand English but they are actively taking orders LOL, this is a privately owned subway and the manager was also feigning ignorance so it seems the owner is just tryna scam to make more profit…

Visited this subway today and the portion sizing was terrible, for the inflated prices for it being a subway in the mall, least they could do is offer reasonable portions , for my nashville chicken sub, i was given a half spoon of shredded chicken and when asked for little more she deliberately went and took the spoon again and only got one chicken piece saying only one spoon allowed, we spend more than enough money in these food items and just get treated like trash, the service was terrible , the workers had a unfriendly face and no manner , subway as a parent company needs to do better

I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway location today. The employee serving me was not friendly at all, which made the whole process feel rushed and unwelcoming. On top of that, the bread was not well-cooked, tasted doughy and underbaked. To make matters worse, she barely added any sauces to my sandwich, even after I specifically asked for more. This isn’t the kind of service or quality I expect from Subway. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
