I had to wait 30 minutes to order a damn sandwich. Worker looking around taking her sweet time to make each sandwich. There was 3-4 ppl ahead of me in no world should it take 30 minutes. Hire people that can actually work fast. Literally no care in the world from her. Super frustrating I wanted to jump back there and make my own sandwich because of how long she wanted to take.

Portion sizes are noticeably smaller than other places. I was left waiting for a while at an unattended counter until some person came out and instead of helping me asked me to wait a couple minutes. She waited until another staff member came from her break to take over. I felt bad for that staff member because now she had to rush through a couple orders since no one took the initiative to help me out in the first place. The staff member who served me was very pleasant and these ratings is not a reflection on her efforts
