I had to wait 30 minutes to order a damn sandwich. Worker looking around taking her sweet time to make each sandwich. There was 3-4 ppl ahead of me in no world should it take 30 minutes. Hire people that can actually work fast. Literally no care in the world from her. Super frustrating I wanted to jump back there and make my own sandwich because of how long she wanted to take.

Portion sizes are noticeably smaller than other places. I was left waiting for a while at an unattended counter until some person came out and instead of helping me asked me to wait a couple minutes. She waited until another staff member came from her break to take over. I felt bad for that staff member because now she had to rush through a couple orders since no one took the initiative to help me out in the first place. The staff member who served me was very pleasant and these ratings is not a reflection on her efforts

Most disgusting employee who claim to be the manager.. I ask if I can have an item on my sub and with rolling eyes she rudely said that's on the side. I ask her name and she just remove her name tag

I get my sandwich here all the time and it’s tasty and well made each time! Great location and atmosphere.
They don’t knew how to talk with customers. I bought 2 sub but they forget to add sauces in one of them. When i reached home i saw that it don’t contain sauces and called her and on call she was bring it back I will add sauces in it the one that i have taken a bite from . I said to replace it , to talk back the one without sauces and give a fresh new one but she denied and talked rudely. Such a shameless staff, i want back to get sauce added at that time too she was rude and was giving a laughing smile to another staff like they don’t feel their mistake. I short their behaviour was very rude and inappropriate.
