Requested less lettuce, but that was the topping they put most in my sub. I couldn't taste any other topping. Also I paid for extra avocado for over $2 which was never put in. Worst experience ever. The other locations in this area are so much better. No wonder the rating is 2.6 stars.

Holistic Fitness

Not sure how fresh the food is but it made BOTH my father and I sick.The server was nice, lovely lady and was not rude at all, that is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. I’m mostly worried about the food safety.

I went in to get 2 cookies on a Sunday afternoon. I was the only one there. I myself work customer service part time and know a thing or two about it, as a customer I respect the employees like I would hope they would with me. That being said I asked how many chocolate chip cookies they had left bc they were none on the display. She gave me attitude and yelled at me asking I asked how many you want. I walked out. She has AirPods in as well which she probably couldn’t hear me again as a employee you should take out your AirPods when working or have a customer.

Absolutely disgusting. And the server was so rude and I’m never coming back to this location. So many other locations are 5/5 amazing. Not this one. Subway you guys have to improve this location. It’s really not good at all. I could only put lettuce and green peppers on my sub as every other topping looked like it was old and gross.

I was not able to order online..ask lady to talk with manager to rosolve issue and she said we can’t..not a good service.

Got there well before closing but was told the till is closed. Questioned why and the lady huffed and served me. Emailed customer service and got a very generic response from the manager - Clearly a copy and paste job. Was going there twice a week. Will now go to a different location. Reviews here speak for themselves.

Ordered 2 foot longs, they only put 1 meat serving for both sandwiches. I could it taste any meat, just bread. Shame on u!!!

I came in the morning today at 10:40am. I take a look at the menu and confused so I already said her I only take a look first. Because I never been there. I don't think it's a problem, then I didn't order but I said thanks. She said she left the food because of me and then when I go out she said "son of bich". Actually I'm not hungry right now I just check for later. But I'm quite sure I won't be back. Training your staff again Subway !!!

I'm pretty sure this is the worse subway to go to in Ontario. It seems as if all the staff is trained to mess up the orders or deny customers. This subway is scheduled to stay open until 2am but you'll have the staff locking up the doors legit at 10pm. I had asked why the staff are closing the doors before closing time and being denied from exiting from back entrance and her explanation was "I put it there" which answered nothing but maybe something in her head. I work around here and I've seen many customers try for the doors around evening time and of course they're always locked and customers just seem to walk off thinking it's closed. The worse experience I've had was picking up an order from here and had to knock on both front and back doors just to get the workers attention while she chatted away with her friend on the phone and had the front barricaded with garbage to block it. When she finally seen me, she walked at a pace slower than a snail to open the door as if I inconvenienced her whole existence. Subway needs to deal with the staff here cause it seems they're getting paid to chat on their phones while sitting there without warning. I might just have to apply and get free pay with them.
