I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience at this location, where Suman provided truly exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, Suman greeted us with a warm and genuine smile that immediately made us feel welcome.
As we placed our order for two subs, Suman was attentive, courteous, and accommodating. Her professionalism and poise were evident throughout our interaction, making us feel valued and appreciated customers.

I traveled from King City to this Subway location (3883 Rutherford & Weston) on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, expecting it to be open until 10 PM as stated online and on the front door. However, when I arrived at 9:10 PM, the staff had already shut down the restaurant an hour early, despite being inside. The employee refused to serve me, disregarding the posted business hours. This was a complete waste of my time, effort, and money. I’ve been a regular customer here, but due to the false advertising and inconvenience, I won’t be returning.

Very friendly and professional staff.I ordered catering online. and after I finished ordering, I realized I had made a mistake.So, I called to restorant. The staff answered helpful and kindly tried to find out what the problem was.
Had a bad experience, the meat on the sub seemed iffy at best and after seeing that the employee didn’t have gloves on, I asked her to put them on and to please make me another sub ( veggie) because I didn’t trust the meat.
