We came back with our family after a while and ordered the 2–3 person set. The portions were huge and the food was just as good as we remembered. Overall, it was great value for money.

If you want authentic korean food, this is the place to go. Every dish I’ve ordered has hit the spot. Even better, it’s affordable. I highly recommend the YangJangPi appetizer along with your order. In addition, the classic Jajangmyun or Jambbong. This is the most authentic one I’ve tried across the GTA. You honestly can’t find any place better than this, trust me.

My son once called to tell me that staff members were rude to his grandmother. I initially thought it was an isolated incident since I had been going there for years. However, when I visited myself, several female staff members were incredibly rude. They appeared to assume I didn’t understand Korean and were speaking disrespectfully about customers. This experience was very disappointing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

Affordable prices with outdated but unique design inside. I came here with family and had the chicken fried rice, wonton soup, mushroom beef vegetable plate, and dumplings. All dishes were very good and had decent flavor. I'll comeback again for sure if im in the area!

I’ve been a regular customer here, but my recent order was disappointing. The “large” sweet and sour pork was closer to a small portion. I hope the portion size can be more consistent.

I went to Sunny Dragon, a Korean restaurant with my boyfriend because we were really hungry and wanted to try a new place near home. Sadly, it turned out to be such a disappointing experience. The staff weren’t accommodating at all and seemed to be in a rush even though there weren’t many people inside.

When the food arrived, my boyfriend was in the washroom. I tried speaking to the server in English but she still kept explaining things in Korean even though I clearly didn’t understand. It felt rude and frustrating so I just stayed quiet.

When we started eating, the food tasted like it had been cooked earlier and just reheated. The black noodles didn’t even have meat, and the sweet and sour pork was cold. We were both so upset with the service and food that we ended up eating in silence the whole time.

It was our first time visiting and definitely the last. Even though the prices were cheap, I really wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I’ve written many reviews before but this is the first time I didn’t even feel like giving a single star.

Quite honestly a super disappointing meal with an almost mediocre service. When it came down for us to pay, my Korean friend was paying and the lady at the counter literally forced my friend to pay for a tip that they clearly didn’t deserve and they only told her that because she is Korean. Super infuriating experience especially considering that tips are not mandatory! I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all!

Affordable meals, friendly staff – they might seem a bit cold at first, but it’s just their way. We’ve been a few times, and the service is always consistent. Food’s good and portions are huge.

The interior feels like 90s, tables are covered by glass. food is decent with great portion. Price is below average. Fresh cooked.
