We asked for water but were never served any. We also ordered a Caesar salad, and the waiter seemed confused about it. When it finally arrived, the salad was bland and had no taste. The pancakes were very disappointing-they were sticky and stuck to our teeth. Overall, not a good experience at all.

I used to be a regular customer — until today. Yesterday, I had an issue with my car and left it at dealership because . I work out at a gym nearby, and after grabbing a coffee there, I decided to stop by this café to grab something to eat while waiting.
When I walked in and placed my order, the staff told me I wasn’t allowed to bring my own coffee. I found that very disappointing, especially considering I was about to spend money on food.
Sadly, they just lost a loyal customer. Very unfortunate.

This is by far the best sunset grill I have been to. The food, service and general hospitality is always amazing and I have never been disappointed. We come here over a sunset grill that’s closer to our home because we love it so much!

I go to sunset grills all over the GTA and a few regular im never disappointed until I ordered from here and was surprised by the difference in the portion of home fries , usually they load the plate.

This restaurant is very unkind to the delivery driver. I waited 10 minutes for the food to be delivered, but the answer was that I had to wait more. Eventually I had to spend 20 minutes and cancel my deliever order.
