I ordered ice latte from drive through and was told to wait at the front. After ten minutes I had to park my car and get it myself. Before getting in one the staff came out and said here is your latte ( the drink in the picture). Since it didn’t look like it had any coffee in it I asked are you sure this latte?! It doesn’t look like one and she said yes we did an special order for you today. I got in the car and tasted the drink and yes it was milk on ice! Whan I confronted the lady she giggled and said ok we will give you another one. After 5 minutes they said sorry we can’t give you your order. You can pay the difference and get an ice cap which I said no and they returned my money. It is ok if their machine breaks and can’t make my order and that’s nice they would return the money immediately or suggest other drinks ,but lying to in hopes that I drive off and not noticing the difference between milk and latte is insane.

It's a tim Hortons in a gas station, they get very busy and overwhelmed sometimes. Are my orders always 100% correct? No, are my orders ever 100% correct at any fast food place i go? Never. Are the staff here amazing , friendly and always greet me with a smile? Every damn time! Love it, I'll keep coming back 100% .

I just got a L coffee with a Boston cream donut. Man, the Boston cream had a small pinch of cream inside. What a scam. This is cheating the market and totally needs to be looked at by the head office. Rip offs

Horrible rushed us drive trough staff so rude and unprofessional and on top of that I don’t drink dairy milk so I asked for oat milk and I still got regular milk even after we asked if it was oat… what if someone is allergic? Are they just going to lie again ? Worst Tim

Ice coffee was great! I don’t like sugar much so I customize the ice coffee for less classic syrup. Got it right!! My server Joya was positive and kind. Even though it’s a small Tim’s, it’s kept clean. Tim’s crew here are doing their best. I would recommend this location.
