The service level is extra low even by Tim Hortons' standards. Messy, disorganized, a poor guy in training is not being trained but just ripped apart, burned food and takes beyond forever. I would avoid unless that's the last place to procure food on earth

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences at Tim Hortons drive-thrus, but today’s encounter really pushed me over the edge. First, I asked for tissue because the staff spilled my tea due to her carelessness. Then, when I asked for my hashbrown that comes with the meal I ordered, she dismissed me saying, ‘I didn’t punch it.’ Before I could even explain, she cut me off and told me to move along. Such rudeness so early in the morning. To that lady in drive-thru, if you’re not in the mood to work, don’t take it out on customers.

Has to be the absolute slowest service there's either 1 person working or 6 and they will walk passed to counter for 5 minutes every time looking at you and then just ignore you until some other person finally appears from the back and takes your order. Awful awful awful service

Today I ordered a breakfast box combo in the morning. The store is quite busy but they still get you your order very quickly. The staff are real friendly and literally run around to get everyone's order to them. They really to go the extra mile to get everyone what they ordered, and give a friendly smile and thanks when they give it to you. This place is really great, I'll come here every day.

I ordered ice latte from drive through and was told to wait at the front. After ten minutes I had to park my car and get it myself. Before getting in one the staff came out and said here is your latte ( the drink in the picture). Since it didn’t look like it had any coffee in it I asked are you sure this latte?! It doesn’t look like one and she said yes we did an special order for you today. I got in the car and tasted the drink and yes it was milk on ice! Whan I confronted the lady she giggled and said ok we will give you another one. After 5 minutes they said sorry we can’t give you your order. You can pay the difference and get an ice cap which I said no and they returned my money. It is ok if their machine breaks and can’t make my order and that’s nice they would return the money immediately or suggest other drinks ,but lying to in hopes that I drive off and not noticing the difference between milk and latte is insane.

It's a tim Hortons in a gas station, they get very busy and overwhelmed sometimes. Are my orders always 100% correct? No, are my orders ever 100% correct at any fast food place i go? Never. Are the staff here amazing , friendly and always greet me with a smile? Every damn time! Love it, I'll keep coming back 100% .
